The Saliris Resort is situated in a large park in Egerszalók, 6 km from Eger, between the Mátra and Bükk mountain ranges. All of the modern rooms in the Saliris Resort are air-conditioned and have a balcony and a cable TV. There are also bathrobes in every room. Fine Hungarian and international cuisine can be enjoyed in the restaurant. The 1,900 m² spa area includes indoor and outdoor pools, a thermal pool, a hot tub, a water slide for children and much more. The saunas can be used at a surcharge, and massages and beauty treatments are available on request.

1. Their restaurant supervisor has no organization to manage the employees. Let one waiter to lead all guests to their table during the busy dinner time. 2. When we were going to have dinner, just one lady stood before the restaurant gate and checked our room number then let us went in to the restaurant. No one lead us to table. 3. We didn't see anyone lead to table, we found table for ourselves(we're two people), other guests also were in the same situation. We looked around for all areas to find because no four or two people table, we found a seven people table to start our dinner. While we had dinner, a waiter came and questioned why we sit in seven people table, then counted the number of seats of our table for us, he said: "two people? There are one, two, three, four, five, six, seven seats." (It's really ridiculous, we don't know how many seats we have!) We explained for him why we sit in seven people table, he still questioned why we didn't see other area of restaurant. He said if he is busy we have to wait for him to lead us to table. We explained for him again, he didn't answer and forced us to change table, we felt awkward about his attitude but still changed table finally. He let us to take our plates by our own and didn't want to help us. After we changed table, we found other people they are two or three people sit in the same seven people table, they didn't be treated like us, they still sit in their table and the waiter didn't say anything to them. Why we have to be treated like this? Is it discrimination? It was unfair for us. We didn't understand and had bad mood of our dinner time. It's a five star resort, but the employee training is so terrible.
