          Restaurant was nice, with good breakfast. Decent parking, too. The pool, sauna and gym are nice, too.
          The towels and sheets were torn in places and the pillows were very flat. There were spider webs in the room corners. The toilet & bathroom were not regularly cleaned. For a 4 star hotel there was no mini bar and toiletries, i.e. cotton buds and pads.

          Für diese Region überraschend gut Zimmer. Vernünftige Betten in denen man gut schläft. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Lecker Frühstück mit Cafe crema. Spiegelei wäre möglich gewesen. Leider war ich in der Zeit etwas knapp.

          Ein vier Sterne Hotel war es nicht, eher Kategorie zwei Sterne Hotel. Wir nicht mehr.”

          Das Personal war freundlich und hat auch versucht, auf gewisse Wünsche einzugehen. Allerdings haben wir das Personal sehr selten gesehen.
          Der Empfang erfolgte " anonym" ,ohne persönliche Begrüßung. Es war nämlich die Rezeption nicht besetzt, so daß wir die Schlüssel in einem Briefumschlag mit einem Zettel nur im Schwimmbad erhalten haben. Das war es. Die Rezeption war nur Vormittags von 7.30 Uhr bis 15.00 Uhr besetzt, so daß man am Nachmittag oder Abend, wenn etwas wäre, niemand im Hotel da war.Dann waren das Restaurant und der Biergarten geschlossen, was im Internet anders angegeben wurde, statt dessen stand auf diesem Zettel die möglichen gastronomischen Einrichtungen der Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein gehalten. Das Fenster ging sehr schwer auf. die Gardine war schon halb abgegangen, hinter dem Vorhang verbarg sich eine hängende Steckdose,wo das Kabel runter hing und das Bett war schon durchgelegen. Nachdem wir morgens dann die o.g. Mängel gesagt haben, verging noch zwei Tage bis diese beseitigt wurden,Das Fenster ging bis zum letzten Tag weiterhin sehr schwer auf, nur mit kräftigem rucken. Das Frühstück war bescheiden, zwar von allem etwas da, aber immer die gleiche Wurst und auch der gleiche Käse. Das Küchenpersonal war allerdings sehr nett, aber ihnen sind ja da auch die Hände gebunden. Gesamt möchten wir sagen, daß das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt. Schon gar nicht, weil es ja ein vier **** Sterne Hotel sein soll.Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

          Das Frühstücksbüffet war lecker und ausreichend vorhanden. Der Frühstücksraum geräumig und schön.
          Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG oder 1. OG gewünscht da unser Hund nicht alle Aufzüge, sowie auch in diesem Hotel, fahren kann, und ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage bekommen. Unser Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber, in der dusche sind schwarze Schimmelfugen.

          Hübsches Zimmer, feines Bad. Freundliche und aufmerksame "Küchenfee".
          Man muss die Schlüssel beim Bad abholen, wie man am Hoteleingang liest. Das Personal dort scheint nicht gut informiert: eine Viertelstunde vor Ende des Frühstücks werden wir darüber informiert. Bei offenem Fenster ist es recht laut.
