Bad experience”

At the check in it was a mess, the hotel staff insisted I pay more when it was clear that I have paid in full. The water heater wasnt working. I even asked for an iron table and they didnt have any! Probably will be my last time, and I dont even know how its a four-star hotel.

Avoid If At All Possible”

A king size bed created from two singles that separated during the night, no housekeeping, no hot water, and the rudest staff I've ever encountered. This hotel seems to think that it's fine to have two nightclubs pounding nightly from 9 pm to 2 am making it impossible to enjoy rooms that have been paid for. There is no understanding of noise pollution at all. Book at your own disappointment.

put me in bad AC condition for at least 3 hours . after contacted the reception to change the room, when i changed the room no menu for the food staff and faculties should be in a smooth way dealing with customers . i contacted the Facilities to talk to man service never come . I

I asked the front desk in the early morning to get a late check out they told just check out before 3 pm u will be fine they called me at 2 pm they said they will charge me a have day??!the 2 Philipino ladies who work in the front desk were so rude they let u feel u stay for free. I prefer to sleep in my car rather than this hotel. Never ever think to stay here.

Rooms was comfortable, however the sound barriers werent good since it was too noisy at night, rooms werent cleaned well before arrival and housekeeping havent cleaned the rooms and were informed twice.
