I was late check-in but the front office staff checked me in very quickly and friendly. It was raining so the air there was cold & fresh. I got the newly renovated bungalow and it was good. Although the pictures in Agoda was not the same with actual room. The staff said that Agoda hasn’t update the pictures, so it was a bit misleading. Overall good place to stay with family & children.

Pros : tv cable working, swim pool clean, water heater working, have slippers, staff helpfull , have atm machine at front offc. Cons : pillow smelled, corner of the dusty mattress.

+ swimming pool is very clean with standard size, play park, and other stuff that kids friendly. Recommended. +The room and room facilities is different with the picture in agoda but the staff said its agoda faults so and no compensation.. Before i booked, the staff did not mention that they have a new building complex..they put us an old building (lack of cleanliness) and near to the big street which was very noisy and we could not sleep until dawn..we are hoping to relax but we couldn't

(+) Terima kasih, room allocation sesuai dengan request. Welldone jobs (-) Staff Rcpt wanita sabtu pagi sangat tidak ramah, it seems that hotel don't need the guest, but the guest who need it. The security (white hair one) also not freindly, no smile or thanks to guest for farewell speach. Poor cleanliness room, back to back from previous guest check out, the room were not cleaned and completed well. Dirty linens put on the chair at terrace, and staff didn't wipe/ clean TOO for the chair after long pick up. Body soap in Fam Suite rooms, also empty and unrefill before we asked (not details). Handsoap container, either in the room and public place, SHOULD be upgrade w/ the new (and easy liquid out) one.
