We loved our entire stay at Saparis. The staff are friendly and helpful, they helped us book a sleeper-bus from Hanoi and to the airport. Their restaurant and their breakfast are delicious. Location was also perfect - very near sun plaza. Love the interior and that the room has a heater.

The hotel was good and clean. The staff extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast was really awesome! The room itself had a few issues. We travelled in December and it was really cold. And we had taken room with mountain view. Unfortunately the warm AC setting wasn't working that well. And it was super cold at night. Also the bathroom fittings are loose here and there. The wooden door was a bit broken and if somebody peeps from outside, they can see the room. I give full points to the service as it was good. Recommended for 2 days stay and everything is nearby.

Amazing view and super helpful staffs”
Although we only stayed at Saparis Hotel for 1 night, hotel upgraded our room to have incredible lake view corner room and decorated our bed with roses as it was our 20th anniversary. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Owner of Saparis has just opened a coffee and restaurant bar at the bottom of the hill where the Saparis locates, he is so kind to invite us to have free coffee there. We cannot praise enough for this hotel. It may not be the newest hotel in town but just the view from the hotel and staffs make the whole travel experience worthwhile. I highly recommend this hotel yo anyone who plans to visit Sapa City.

Some of the best Views in Sa Pa”
We really enjoyed our stay with the Saparis. We had a room on the top level and the views were worth every dollar spent. The manager, and staff were always really helpful, especially accomodating our early & late check-ins due to train schedules to Ha noi from Lao Cai. There is no elevator in this hotel, so expect a few stairs to climb (top level is the 5th floor). Perhaps the only negative was the lack of water pressure in the showers. Otherwise, this is a great boutique hotel. The hotel also has a great little restaurant just 100m away, and an awesome friend with a taxi. This taxi driver doesn't speak any English but can understand Google maps well, and knows the best places to visit. My wife is Vietnamese and had long conversations with him, learning so much about life in Sa Pa. He collected us from Lao Cai, and returned us with safety and security. Everyone we encountered were just wonderful, and it all started with the Saparis Hotel.

Nice view of Sapa lake”
Room with very nice view. Around the hotel is a lot of steep slopes, should keep in mind if you travel with big luggage. A minute or two walk to city center. Local trekking tour from hotel front is available, staffs very helpful about that. Very comfortable stay.

I had the most awesome time in this hotel. The location is great. Room is decent and clean as well. The staffs are the champion of this hotel. They are very nice and accomodating and polite. The breakfast taste great but limited choices as it is a small hotel. I definitely will recommend it and will come back again.

The hotel is at the great location, next to Sun Plaza and Sapa center. Many places are in walking distance or easy to access by Tuk Tuk. The staffs was very friendly and helped with all queries and recommendations. Highly recommended.

Lovely place”
Breakfast was decent but make sure you get there early. There's no bar or pool but we didn't need it as your surrounded by options for drinking and dinner. The weather was cooler so we weren't interested in swimming. The place was spotless and there shower was nice and hot. The balcony was a bonus and the view from our room was awesome. The laundry service is expensive compared we are used to. All in all, I would recommend 👌
