Amazing winter stay”
We love the japanese family room. Spacious, has 2 separate toilets, has great view to the ski clourse and the hills. Ski course is for beginner, only one course, but it’s perfect for ski newbies, ski rental and ski lift pass are cheap. Very friendly hotel staffs and ski rental staffs even if they dont speak english well. We stayed 3 nights and will comeback again for more nights. The only one thing that lose 1 star is the location, though it’s not so far fron the station, and they provide free shuttle service, the hotel is in the woods, so forget about walking to nearest restaurants. But the Hotel lobby restaurant is cheap enough and surprisingly good, even with limited choice. The buffet restaurant is too expensive for daily meal, and they don’t offer ala carte. You can take taxi to go to mitsui outlet, and cost around 2000 yen one way.the other ski resort for more advanced skiing is Dynasty, and cost about 3000 yen one wat by taxi. But, overall, it’s worth my money to stay here. For those who wants to learn ski, this is absolutely a great place to learn. The onsen has an outdoor pool viewing snow covered trees and it was truly magical when it snows while you dip yourself in the hot water. Will comeback again for sure.

Amazing view and environment ”
The room was small but the view from the room was amazing. I enjoyed onsen a lot. The restaurant was at 12 floors with really nice view over the snow mountains. Breakfast was so-so to be honest. I also enjoyed skiing. The price for lifting was not expensive compare to other places and place was great for beginners. I'd come back!

Beautiful view hotel with good service”
Beautiful view hotel with lots of activities, although it may be far from the station, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service from 9am to 2pm. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and were given a corner room with an amazing view.

Great trip with ski and onsen”
If u like skiing but not very good at it, this resort is perfectly for u. There is only one lift with one ski field, very easy one, mostly parents send kids to have class here and for those who like to try skiing, you are totally safe here. They also have onsen, hot spring with semi outdoor, when snowing, feel that ice falling down on your body but warm and comfortable with the bath. Not to mention this resort price is very reasonable, not like those resort in Niseko, very pricy

Love my Corner Twin Room !”
I love my corner twin room as it gave us a wider view of the snow field and of course bigger space. Breakfast range was good and yummy. Ski place was PERFECT for a beginner and young kids, we do not have to go to expensive resorts for a beginner ski. Price for ski was very reasonable too. They had a very good onsen water, I guess it was so original that the colour of the water was red-dish. Many friends asked where I stayed when they look at our photos. A great stay we had here and would definitely recommend families looking for a beginner ski place.

Disappointing”
It was disappointing because the staff showed double price. I paid, but I noticed that I overpaid, so I got refund , but very stressful feeling for me.

Fantastic view but simple room facilities ”
Fantastic view and close to Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo Kitahiroshima. Location not near Sapporo City Center. Room facilities are fair and simple only. Hot spring is quite good.

Great hotel with huge rooms and nice onsen ”
We made a last minute booking at this hotel. It is located near Chitose airport and also the various outlet malls. The hotel provided free shuttle service to these malls as well. However, the best thing about this hotel is the huge rooms which is atypical of what you have come to expect of Japanese hotels. The view from my room was pretty good and overlooked the golf course. The attached onsen was also pretty good.

Nice Cottage, excellent service”
It would be probably the best stay I had ever in Hokkaido , the staffs are professional and helpful, the cottages offered the unique experience like no other hotels in Hokkaido, though the Japanese restaurants are closed and the French one was pricey, I would recommend this Hotel to those who want to live in serenity.

Nice view from the room”
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during winter, early March 2019. We decided to book this hotel for its ski fields and snow activities. Unfortunately, we have been informed during our check in the ski field has been closed (end of season). Thus, we decided to travel to another ski resort to experience ski and other snow activity. But overall we are very satisfy with the room's view, facing pure white snow field. The sunset was amazing and breathtaking. The staff gave a voucher of 500 Yen to spend at their convenient shop or at the restaurant.

Nice resort for skiing with kids”
This is a resort hotel with a small skiing course, good for beginners but the club house just a bit far away from the hotel. Room size is sufficient (In Japan Standard) but nearly no public transportation and supposedly only fit for those with a rental car travellers.

Relaxing and isolated”
I loved the fact that the hotel is isolated and surrounded by snow throughout our stay. The complimentary shuttle to the nearest station helped to ensure we didn’t feel trapped. It was a great place to stay! Looking forward to booking here again.

Good view, clean and surround area is a golf club. Good relax place. Need a car if stay here. Overall good except the 2 pillows are soft need to have extra pillows which some hotels provide 2 pillows for 1 guest.

great location. this hotel is so close to shop at 2 best outlet shopping centers. moreover, you and your family can enjoy the winter sports activities within the hotel area. the skiing slope is so nice for the beginner.

Very pleasant stay, although my room was smoking room, but it feels okay for a non-smoking person, and the view from the room is spectacular, the window is clear and huge!! If it wasnt so cloudy and rainy during my stay, I might see star night from the room.

Shuttle bus service was frequently available and very convenient. Hot springs were very nice. Buffet breakfast had a lot of varieties and very tasty. I was very satisfied and I would like to use this hotel next time when I will play golf.

Last night at this hotel before heading back to my country. This place is quite deserted if you are not driving. Nice room and good facilities. Driving to New Chitose Airport is near.
