Room is small but very clean and good for single occupancy. Staff are helpful. Very near to Nankai Ltd Express heading to airport (although do note that the nearest entrance to the station has got no elevator. If you have big luggage, need to find another entrance) Overall it’s a comfy and convenient hotel. Will be back again.

Good value for 1 night in Osaka”
Location was quite far to walk from JR Namba with luggage, however it was central if you wanted to go to both Shinsekai and Dotombori. Check-in was rather challenging as it was very difficult to understand the man at reception, but the cleanliness of room and bathroom made our 1 night stay pleasant. Breakfast was more than adequate and gave us a good hearty start to the day. Would recommend Sarasa Hotel to any of my friends who are travelling to Osaka.

Located in Den Den town, a hop away from major figures, anime shops, with lots of reasonably priced food. Close to Namba station, super easy getting to and from Kansai airport. The room are clean and spacious for price paid. Walking distance to Koramo

Very convenient place to stay, 8 mins walk to Namba station, another 10 minutes walk to dotonbori. 6 mins walk to kurumon ichiba market. A lot of eateries being around which is better options than 1000 yen breakfast. Family mart and Lawson convenient stores are nearby.

The room ticked all the boxes. Cold and responsive AC, quick temp-shifting bath water pressure, nice amenities, good mattress firmness and helpful staff. The location could not be beaten. It's literally in the heart of Nippombashi and 2 blocks away from Kuromon market and 4 blocks from Namba station. It's small and for the cheap price, it was really ideal.

Big room for - Superior Twin room We were booked in the 2 nd floor which was were the smoking lounge was. We could smell the smoke inside the room. I booked a non smoking room and connecting room. I requested to be transferred but we’re transferred to a smaller room instead and a connecting room. Later date we were transferred to a bigger room but the days in the smaller room , we were not refunded.
