Their room is quite compact but they still have everything. It’s small but cute. This is our first night in Japan and they have a cute bathtub. It’s small but is able to have two people inside. It’s a nice and cute room. But we spent a little time to find this hotel from Kyoto train station because there are two many roads on the ground and on the bridge and it’s not easy to tell it from Google map.

Simple Business Hotel Near Shin-Osaka Station”
It did what we wanted, provided a good location where we could then hop on the shinkansen from Shin-Osaka for day trips. Rooms were typical small business hotel type rooms. Rooms were quiet and staff was friendly. There is an acupuncturist next door who is excellent - would definitely recommend his services as well.

I searched for a hotel near Shin-Osaka Station for a business trip. The accommodation fee was very cheap, so I was a little worried before visiting, but it turned out to be a cost-effective hotel that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for those who plan to stay just to sleep.

Lovely Stay with 1 hiccup”
I loved my stay at Sarasa. It was affordable and very clean. The staff were very attentive. My only issue was with some guests talking very loudly at midnight on a Thursday night. Overall very pleasant though.

I apprecuated here, the location may not super close to Shin-Osaka Station and/or Midosuji Line but it's easy enough to access. If you are travellong from/to Kansai airport, I think it's convenience a lot due to Haruka is stop here, no need to tansfer to local train, suit for carry your baggages. Also, it is the spot of Shinkansen track, most preferrable if you wish to travel across the cities. I came back here again because I love the wide room comparison to it's price, worth of money. Staffs are nice, (I met the trainee from Indonesia this time, welcoming on check in, she did the best job and I was happy dealing with her but cannot remember her name) others are nice also. Bed is soft and sleep well. There are minimarts around the hotel, happy stay and definitely caome back again

Great for family of 5”
We stayed with our family of 5 (kids aged 8,10,12). They all had their own futon, the room was very clean and we had lots of space. The location close to shin-Osaka station was perfect for our itinerary.

Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff..”
Room is very small but is clean. Environmentally friendly management of towels and bed linen change only when necessary. Good if you go out most of the time, returning to rest. No clothes cabinet or safe. Experience of this hotel for 8 nights were good, just needed basic living. Breakfast almost same type of food, but no complain.

Triple room - Spacious, clean, and great location”
Stayed in the triple room. The room was very clean and spacious relative to most hotel room sizes in Japan. The triple room had a Japanese style (shower/tub is separate from toilet) shower/tub bathroom, which I personally like very much. The room itself had a mini fridge and electric kettle which was nice. Location wise, this hotel is close to a major station and there are plenty of food choices and convenience stores nearby. There is also a coin laundry/drier on the first floor.

Very clean and good bathtub!”
The hotel looked very clean and new. All staff were friendly and helpful. Their instruction of how to get there (on their home page) was quite helpful (both map and instructions) and, in fact, it is close to the station. It was very cold when we were there, so, being able to soak ourselves in beautiful big bathtub was a treat! I can recommend this place to all my friends!

I stayed here 8 nights and I got 1 time room cleaning but I like it because I don't want anyone come to my room often. you can change towels and all stuff as much as you want. they will hang your stuff at your door

Due to cover restrictions our room did not got the chance to be cleaned for 7 days so it become dusty but thats understandable, i just hope they provide the complimentary coffee and tea inside the room instead of going to 2nd floor annex bldg but overall it was a pleasant stay and kudos to all the staff for being helpful and accommodating esp on the baggage delivery and washing machine operation. We will surely consider booking this hotel again on our future trip to Osaka
