The Suite Bungalow Sari Ater”
The Suite bungalow it was awesome, the facilities and room matched for families. The room it was clean. The hot spring water facilities was perfect in pool areas and also the private one inside the main bathroom with bath tub at our Suite bungalow. The price it was low also. The staffs it's very friendly.

Hot Spring Heaven”
It's not a quaint little hot spring pool in the middle of a forest. Rather, it's a full-on resort with more pools than you can shake a stick at and a staggering volume of thermal water flowing into waterfalls, plunge pools and an entire theme park. The hotel is well run (and the restaurant will provide delicious, reasonably priced vegetarian dishes if you talk to the chef) and the rooms spotlessly clean - though a little on the small side in the main part of the hotel. Hallway noise can be a bit of an issue too, but the beds are comfortable and breakfast is excellent. The hot springs themselves are a mixture of smaller, quieter pools in the hotel grounds, then the adjacent park open to the public - get there early in the morning to enjoy things like the waterfall all to yourself...it's worth it, and is one of Indonesia's most impressive thermal facilities. Well worth the effort of getting there!

Resort hot spring yang nyaman ”
A short getaway that exceed our expectation. Last minute booking but still get the best price and wonderful experience. It's true that this place is aging but it's well-maintained, although they could increase the cleanliness in the shower area of the pool. Breakfast is great: fresh, abundant food and homemade bread and yoghurt. The food keep on coming despite the many visitors on the weekend.

Nice place, nice large room for your family with many children, have private pool with hot water. Children can play anytime they want in private pool even in the night because hot water. But in the bathroom and bathtub doesn't have hot water/water heater.

Hot Spring in the Resort Itself”
We had a great stay in the resort. But be extra careful of the touting of horse riders. They grab and go with your child. We were so shocked with the situation as they grab the kids once we exit the restaurant even before we could stop them, they ride off with the kids. Food was great and delicious. Staff were polite. There was supposedly to be a shuttle service to go around the resort but we didn't manage to grab it as no one was there to assist on this. We were waited very long at the lobby till we gave up. If you are a guest in the hotel, the water theme park entrance is free as long as your bring along the theme park card. But make sure you exchange it daily if you are staying longer there

I spent night with family, got 4 tickets to go inside the theme + water park (2 adults, a 9yo children and 2 children - 3yo + 7yo because small) got into hot spring free for all. Breakfast was okay, had so much fun! Will definitely come back

Very good and nice for the facility, as a guess you can enjoy all of the facility there, a lot of pool with different sensation of hot spring which is natural from the vulcano can makes you enjoy and relax. but unfortunately for the room the maintenance and cleanliness should be improved.

Very nice place with many facilities. The weather is so cold since this place is located on high land. But please consider again related to the price. Latest i check the rate on Agoda, the price is become higher compared to the my latest rate stay.

Nice Hot Spring”
For those looking for good old private hot spring experience, go ahead and reserve a junior suite or above here. Looking back, the hot spring water was really hot and clean. Maintained pretty good. Try avoiding Saturday night as the place would get crowded with local folks from Jakarta filling up the space for their means of weekend getaways. Otherwise, the hot spring experience was excellent and wouldn't mind going back there again in due time.
