The hotel Rooms are clean and spacious. The location is perfect; very close to Seef Mall . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Miss. Fatima at the reception was ready to answer all the questions with a smile that would never leave her face , thank you Fatima for making our stay at the gulf court hotel very peaceful. From the sales team another Miss. Fatima (coincidence) also with a Mona Lisa smile was ready to help and advise us to get the best of our stay . Thank you Gulf Court Hotel for the unforgettable Eid holiday. For sure We will be back with plenty of our friends .

This was my first stay in Loumage Suites, I booked a studio suite Pros: 1- Quick check in 2- Walking distance to Seef Mall 3- The AC was cold Cons: 1- No microwave in the studio suite, only electric oven. It would be better to have a microwave instead of an oven. 2- The bed was not comfortable, there were 2 mattresses attached widely together. 3- The floor is ceramic tiles without any carpet on it. 4- No room service showed up in my whole stay for 4 days which disappointed me. 5- The parking area was narrow and really not fitting big cars even I don't know how there is a concrete column in the middle of the ramp! 6- The door at each parking floor which takes you to the elevators is dangerous, if someone opened that door, he/she will hit the moving car or be hit by the car, at least make a glass window in the door to have a visibility before opening the door. 7- For the checkout, the receptionist sent someone to check the room which I did not see before at any hotel in Bahrain.

The hotel location is good in front of Dana Mall, 10 min driving to city center, Seef and Al Alee Malls. The apartment is nice but the windows needs to be cleaned from outside. The lady in the reception (sorry did not get her name) was very great and helpful. Now Ann's spa is opened in the hotel which added a good advantage to the hotel with very reasonable prices, you can pamper your body in it and the therapists are great.

I have stayed 1 bedroom appartment and found comfurtable living room coming with open kitchen and compemintries, the bedroom is nice but the bed is not much cofurtable compare to the 5 star hotels but it's very clean, i think it's the good choice for families whom wants to be near to shopping malls such as City Center mall & Seef Mall, the breakfast is excellent according to 4 star hotel but the tables are few so you need to stay couble of miuents to have a table. in the room you will find spa cataloge but when i asked i undertod it's not in the same hotel but within Elit Group in other area.

My husband and our baby stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for a weekend. We loved the sense of space in the living area and the bedroom. With the carpeting, our young son was able to safely crawl on the floor (and the carpet was very clean!). The rain shower was probably the best I've ever had - made me want to stay in there way too long. We really appreciated the free water. Our A/C was not working when we arrived, but a maintenance man was sent up and it was fixed in about half an hour. We were very impressed. The website indicates that there is a rooftop bar, but when we went up, we were told that it is closed now for safety reasons. We also tried to go to the lounge area, but it was closed during the day. We enjoyed the breakfast and got great service. I loved the omelette station. They even had gluten-free cereal (but no non-dairy milk options or decaf coffee). Traveling with a baby often means carrying lots of stuff - the security staff were always quick to help with the doors and even carrying things to the car. We found all the staff very friendly and quick to cater to our needs. We walked from the mall to the Seef mall quite easily. It's possible to walk to the City Centre mall, but it would take a while. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay in the hotel again.

the hotel has a great location in Seef with sea views ( ask for room with sea view on high floor ) very nice big rooms that can benefit from a small dining table and chairs or a big couch. there is a bar on the first floor you can access by lift or the spiral staircase from the lobby. the smell of smoke from the bar (bar open from 12 noon till 4:30 am) fills the lobby. you can smell the smoke in the lobby. this does not give a good impression about the hotel. the massage on the 8th floor...Ahmmm....is only a cover-up for girls offering happy ending. the breakfast on the 27th floor is excellent. one of the best breakfasts in Bahrain and is a very good price. The room service is ok too we ordered chicken biryani and a club sandwich....biryani was really good. club sandwich was not the best I had. I still think it is a 4 stars hotel but there is room for improvement. the bathroom is big....bath tub and a separate big shower area.

Very Good Hotel in the middle of Manama. Has swimming pole and gymnasium. Enough parking around 6 floors. Room are standards with small size and I get interconnecting rooms. I front desk specially Milina was very friendly and helpful and gave us welcoming drinks for the Accor Silver members. Also, the checkout was excellent. I did not try the breakfast because there are many options at Bahrain. But we tried as family the welcoming drinking where the service was very good. The internet service was excellent and the beds are comfortable with very good lighting and bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent nearby City Center, Dana Mall, Bahrain Mall, Bahrain Exhibition, Avenues Mall, Manama Gate and Al Seef Mall. Very good elevators not crowed. Small reception. Very big restaurant.

It's my favorite hotel, I have stayed at this hotel many times as well as given nice reviews, location, facilities, services, staff all good, it gets fully booked very often, no wonder, I have to mention receptionist Fatima is just great and attentive, I came once when my reservation was cancelled due to CC issue, hotel was fully booked, or even over booked, she tried to do everything possible to accommodate me, offered me a suite, but I decided to go to Radisson Blu where my friends at, nevertheless, she gave my internet access to connect and do the booking, i'm so thankfull for her.

I stayed for 2 nites for business. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to Seef Mall which has everything you require. I must say the Mall doesn't have grocery store. Nearby hotel is also none. So if you need to buy some food or drink, foodcourt at the Mall is the best option. Hotel itself is very good. Cautious, bathroom floor is slippery when using hotel slippers so pls be careful.ATM machine is across the street from hotel.

Fridge didn't work, I visited several apartments and all were in the same condition... most of the lights are burnt, dirty, no shower curtain so when taking the shower, you finish in a full "hammam"... As usual for these type of accommodation worldwide, no any preventive maintenance and the staff is sitting at the reception, waiting for guest complaint... However, it is up to us to stay there or not... My recommendation now: avoid it, follow my advice and you will take the good decision.

My husband and I stay at the Elite Seef all the time. It is one of our preferred hotels in Bahrain. We really like the pool area, and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff are always professional and friendly. We checked in around 11, but our room was not ready. When we returned at 8pm, there was an issue with our check-in - we had requested a "city view" room, because it does not face the pool area. We have had trouble with our baby sleeping because the music from the pool area can go past his bedtime. They were able to solve the problem and we were put in a room at the far end of the pool. We did not have any trouble with noise (ask for a room ending in 01 - 10).

Hi, Mazaya Tower Apartments is located on the walking distance from Seef Mall but extremely poorly maintained, total staff is 2 Bengali boys at a time. Highly congested parking and no parking if you are late; if you are indian or Pakistani; you will not be considered more than a driver, Apartment was smelly, bed sheets and pillow covers are fresh, were not changed after the previous party left, only two pillows very heavy and very thick, carpets were in extremely bad conditions, no bath room accessories, no shower curtains, 2 used small towels in apartment, no stoppers on doors, no iron, extremely poor internet, no international TV channels; only local Arabic channels, remotes control not working, no kitchen accessories at all, only 4 cups, 4plates & spoons, no drinking water at all, no breakfast included, only prayer mat. Paid 740 SAR for one night, extremely over priced; the price per night should not more 200 SAR, Not for families, there were only singles staring at families.

Once we got to the hotel, we directly went to the reception for check-in, the receptionist name was “Fate”. We were first in-line as there was no que, the bad part is that we were not greeted at all what we faced was exactly in the contrary of greetings from the receptionist Fate. We came up to her to ask her for check-in, and without her eye contact she was staring at her screen. She just pointed her index to the right And said I’m busy! We were shocked at the moment and couldn't say a word, the other receptionist we were pointed to was already busy with another guest. So we instantly asked for the supervisor because the situation was intolerable. And there came Janice, which was the opposite of Fate. She changed our perspective for the hotel. She apologized for the misbebavior and agreed that this kind of act from a hotel staff is strictly not acceptable as they will take further action upon it. Nevertheless, Janice took us to the private business lounge and checked us in.

im astounded by how great my stay was at fraser suites hotel, from the customer service to cleanliness of the rooms to the amenities it was the most wonderful hotel experience ive ever had. beats all hands down from the states to the philippines. the added plus of it being connectect to the seef shopping mall was great when it came to me needing a beautiful flower arrangement for my fiance. i just cant say enough bout this hotel.

room was a great value and one of the best rooms i have ever stayed at! unbelievable design and detail put into rooms, very clean. friendly and helpful staff. location close to shopping and city-just a short taxi ride to everything! beautiful patio pool and meeting room. only downside was the lack of food/restaurants for guests that other hotels provide even during ramadan overall, we were very pleased with this honeymoon-like hotel experience-thank you!

We stayed at the family suite room. They have huge and clean rooms; with complete kitchen amenities. The furnitures and beddings are well maintained. Pillows are soft, so I did have a good sleep. From our room, we have a nice view of the sea and the city. The kids enjoy swimming in the pool with great scenery. Starbucks is just nearby. Surely, well come back and recommend this place!😄

Great everything, location you go to the avenues mall by boat you pay 1 BD very nice place and if you need to use your car to get to the mall it takes about 3 minutes. Staff is a different story, let me put it this way, other great and professional hotels treat you right and the make sure you are happy but you can easily tell they are doing it because its a policy and its work (in which case is fine, really!). At Four seasons, they do it and you dont feel that it is because its their job, it feels as if though they love you and want you to be happy! the receptionists and Ms. Moreen at the coffee shop..oh! great professional staff.. The massage is out of this world, only problem with Four-seasons is that its expensive. I noticed only one thing that i can say Ritz-Carlton may be winning this point, which is, when i stayed at there, i did not have to order food, lol... really, from the moment i walked in they shower you with welcoming gifts, meals, sandwiches, cakes, tea and snacks!
