Excellent hotel and service. Highly recommended ”
We travelled for a concert at the Verti music hall and to explore Berlin. We booked this hotel for the entire stay. The hotel is right outside Spandau train station so it’s convenient to get to. Bus 130 also stops right outside the hotel. The hotel was very clean and staff and really friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good selection and you get a great view from the restaurant on the 16th floor.

Very clean, staff most helpful and located opposite the Stresow S Bahn that takes you easily into the city centre, you can also take this service direct to Schoenefeld Airport, it takes not much more than an hour and costs 3.60 euro.

I start to get the impression that they treat you as a second class guest when booking via Agoda. They always assign me the rooms next to the elevator either end of the hallway. If Novum would offer same conditions when booking directly I would do that. But they don't. Unprofessional, somehow

When I made the reservation, there was written including breakfast. But I have to pay 11 euro extra for breakfast when I have arrived .. also they speak very bad English

Perfect Location”
The hotel is located across the street of a suburban train station (S) which gives you the perfect access to go everywhere in Berlin. Access to the high speed railway network in Germany is only one stop ( 1 min) away form the hotel ( Berlin Spandau) The fairground is only a few train (S) minutes away with trains departing every 10 min. The hotel itself is located in the upper floor of a high rising building. Rooms are modern clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant and breakfast room are stunning. Most of the time the rates are very favorable and I can highly recommend this hotel.

Good choice for the Western suburbs”
It's quite a distance from where the action is, but due to that, the rates are usually affordable and you get a lot of hotel for your money. The S-Bahn stop is right in front of the hotel which is extremely convenient. One stop further east there is a huge Shopping mall, Spandau Arcaden, that has everything you need. Standard rooms are facing the railway tracks, but if the window is closed you barely hear a thing. I am a very light sleeper but it did not bother me at all. The front desk folks were friendly and - extremely unusual for any Novum property - very flexible and cooperative which was appreciated

A Good Value for Money Hotel”
Not the prettiest location I have ever stayed in but for the business traveller or short stay tourist to Berlin it offers excellent value for money. Very close to the train station (literally across the road) which takes you into the very heart of Berlin. Good standard of accommodation, friendly staff and food, beverages seemed reasonably priced. Would have liked a tea/coffee machine in the room but hey ho, you can't always get everything in life. The business lunch special on offer in the restaurant was good value for money too, with a fabulous view of the surrounding area. If I visited Berlin again and the price was right, I would definitely stay at this hotel

Great location for events at the Olympic stadium and access to Berlin center.”
Booked the hotel for the close location to the Olympic stadium to attend a concert, choice was perfect. Only two stops from the Olympic stadium via the metro, Spandua centre walking distance and directly opposite metro station for access to Berlin center which was a 20 minute ride. Hotel staff were friendly, restaurant good, room was clean with plenty of room. Highly recommend hotel for anyone attending events at the Olympic stadium (avoid crowds heading back to center of Berlin) and also for exploring Berlin, only a short ride away.

The room is fine and comfortable. Well equiped except for kettle. The staff are ok. The elevator abit old. It is opposite stresow train station. Ard 1km walk to the malls/ikea and the main station- berlin spandau. It is valuable for money.

The room was great(clean,nice beds,tv,) it was absolutely value for money.The location was also very good it's next to a train station,so can go to berlin center in about 30'.And it is very important that it is in a nice and quiet neighborhood The staff was also very kind and help us with everything we ask.

Hotel is situated in the outskirts of Berlin but transport links are excellent. Staff couldn't have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Look forward to returning on our subsequent visits.

Good hotel away from the city centre”
It takes a while to get to the city centre but public transport (S-bahn) is right in front of the hotel. Lots of shops and supermarkets in Spandau Arcaden, just one stop away. Hotel is quiet, but due to very strong winds around the tower it is often difficult to open a window. Breakfast is expensive, but good. I recommend this hotel.
