Hotel is very nice and the staff are very helpful and very polite. Location is good for those who likes & can walk a bit. While i was ping the booking with Agoda It will show an option to request 3 things but all are upon availability especially airport transfer. I have asked the hotel manager regarding this request he said clearly we DO NOT HAVE this facility but agoda they put it with the 3 request while you are doing the booking. For those who have car I strongly recommend this hotel because there a huge parking space which very convenient. If I go back to Hamburg I will stay in same hotel.

Good place to stay as a stop-over road trip.”
We were traveling (by car) throughout Europe. Hamburg was a stop-over, not a destination for us. Picked this hotel because it was a short drive off the freeway. Location turned out better than expected because there's a street nearby with a great German restaurant (Jok's), bakery/cafes, and grocery stores. Hotel rooms are decent though the carpet in main hall felt dirty. Staff was nice and efficient. Room had double doors to block noise. Parking was reasonable at €5.

The room was very clean. Good Internet WiFi. Free Parking in Huge area for car parking. Rooms are big. Well stocked bar Coffee machine ( Free coffee, tea and water ). Very Good Customer Service. Comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. I didn't take the breakfast. So, I have no idea about it. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Nothing to complain.

the hotel pickup takes time to come to the airport even though you give them the flight arrival time. Location is good and within some natural habitat area. There is an Aldi store, which is handy and convenient. Bus stops are near by and although it is away from the city centre, the value for money is good.

Stayed twice, both times had wrong details regarding booking, which were quickly sorted. Undoubtedly the fault of Agoda, who also don't honour cashback deals. Hotel stay fine, Agoda poor, and I won't be using Agoda again!

It was a nice stay. The staff arranged breakfast even though we had to leave very early in the morning to reach our flight. Transportation to airport and parking were arranged by the nice staff. The food in the restaurant was disappointing.

Remember to check if room rate is including breakfast, as this will cost you extra, wifi cost a lot, everything is extra. The bar is ok and inexpensive, the rooms are nice but do not expect luxary.

It'd you need to be in that area it's fine but if you need the center it's far . No spa or gym . The rooms are ok
