I was con to make a cash payment on the 1st nite when we check in saying that the credit card machine is not working . But once we threaten to move out then all in a sudden the machine can work !! Kitchenware is a big disappointment as there is just a small pan ( 4" pan ) for us to cook and there is no plate or bowl . Ended up we have to buy ourselves all this . Hence , we feel shortchange as when we make the booking it stated kitchenware is provided . Agoda should be more careful in choosing your associate and when client like us feel shortchange then it will tarnish Agoda image .

Very efficient service. Quick response time for any requests. Free parking available in basement. Walking distance to 24 hours Panda supermarket. Nice rooms and facilities. Kitchen has almost everything except a microwave. Has a washing machine in room as well. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone who's planning to visit jeddah. Keep up the good service!
