I booked 9 nights in Nha Trang, as we wanted to have some chill out time by the beach..As we arrived in Nha Trang, we realised that 9 nights are far too many in this City, as, it is one big construction site, wherever we looked- there were unfinished high- rises and constant noise of construction work.. But, luckily, we booked SenViet Premium Hotel..The hotel is very nice, away from all the noise, the room very clean, the view from our room and from the pool was amazing..The breakfast was very good, plenty of everything... The beach is 800m away.. so, we did enjoy our stay in Nha Trang in the end, thanks to SenViet Hotel..

I was suffering from heat stroke in my hotel room while i staied at Sen Viet. I didn't have any person who could hepl me even i was traveling with one litte daughter. At that time, Mr Loan reconized my status, came to my room, called a texi and have his co-worker transferd me to a hospital. Further more, they extended my stay period for free. Because i was unable to check out. They helped me return to Korea. I have never seen generous people like them. They saved my life and my daughter. I must posted their devotion. Really thank you so much!!

The staff in the hotel was nice and helpful. They helped us to buy the ticket and book cars during our trip. They allowed us to check in earlier and free upgraded our room. The breakfast was also attractive. The experience in nha trang was wonderful with this hotel.

This was a great choice for a few days in Nha Trang. The location is great as it’s close to many restaurants, cafes and bars and only a short walk to the beach. The hotel facilities and rooms are great. The rooftop pool is fantastic

Hotel room is very clean. Only thing is there are patches of brown stain on the bath robe. Location is good almost at the center of Nha Trang. Night markets and beach is within walking distance. Breakfast is nice.

We stayed 4 night and we had a great time. They upgraded our room that has sink and massive window. All the staff at Reception is so kind and helpful, specially ANH who checked us in. He gave us local information and resaurants information. we would definitely come back if we had a chace to come back in Nha Trang.

Nice hotel and good support”
We as a big group went to Nha trang a bit early around 9am in the morning. The staff are very nice and helpful to support us for early check in. There is also a free swimming pool and gym at the top of hotel.

There was convenience to use hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Besides, we had a really amazing thing on the last day. my mother was pickpocked while I was on a tour while leaving my baggage at the hotel. I was very sad to hear that most of these cases can't be solved. But all the staff of the hotel worried and helped us. At 12 o'clock in the night, Mr.Duy and Mr. giang went to the police station together to translate and took care of the related things. They gave my surprised mother water and handed her warm words. The father who stayed in the hotel also said that the hotel staff took care of it. We were even more surprised when we got to the airport from the police station in the late hours. The hotel staff prepared us with water and meal for the hardships. I do not know how to express this gratitude now. Thank you once again for the kindness that has been given to us in a strange place. I would like to visit Vietnam to meet the people who are grateful.

A very good hotel, very helpfull staff and very friendly”
When I checked in the manager told me he would give me an upgrade for my room. I got a beautifull big room with luxures bathroom and for the same price. The breakfast in the morning is excellent, so much choise and a very good cook. He knows how to make a good breakfast. It is perhaps the best breakfast I ever had in a Vietnamese hotel. The room was cleaned well. There are staying many Chinese people, but for Europeans I can tell you GO THERE, excellent value for money

My 11-year-old son and I went there on a free trip. I don't speak much language. I have anxiety. Two days in the city with Nat. I decided to send it and stayed in three biettes. I spent the evening at the hotel, but I loved the delicious meals and drinks in the swimming pool and lounge, which saw the sea and the city view far away. Especially if the coffee in Vietnam doesn't fit like me.Americano is the best. J SPA, PHO oi, LIVINcollective, etc. are nearby. You can enjoy the view of the alleyways of Natrang. The milk tea next to the first floor of the hotel is also very delicious. The staff are so kind. Please be careful because it may shake in the shower while standing in the bathtub of your room. I was sad that there was no bottled water at the breakfast restaurant.

It was a little expensive but it's worth the money. The room was very comfortable and there was a balcony for us to hang the clothes. There was a bathtub and the bathroom was very clean. The swimming pool had a very nice scenery. There was a lot was tourist attraction nearby including Hello Igloo and Vinpearl land. There was also a night market nearby which offers really affordable clothes. The staff was really nice and it was overall a good stay in the hotel.

A hotel at good location, right at the city center, with great and clean room, wonderful facilities, helpful staff. Breakfast was average good. Celebrated my friend’s birthday, and they sent a cake to our room on arrival. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. The place is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. Mr.loan a hotel staff is very friendly and accomodating. Due to construction nearby, we often get awaken by the noise of drilling. The hotel elevator is really hot. The hotel power went out twice.

Noisy Chinese travelers”
Hotel is good, but those Chinese travelers are very noisy, especially when they move from one room to another leaving the door open with very noisy beeping sound. They also wake up very early and shouting to each other, thus waking us up, very annoying!
