Very welcoming and accommodating staff. The kids enjoyed the facilities. Fitness staff were excellent especially Abdallah and his staff introduced the kids to new sport and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The kitchen staff were great too. Thanks for the good memories created for the kids.

It is big It is fancy It is located in a really good area It has a separate buildings for smokers and none smokers However, the room was not as expected of a 5 start hotel nor is the swimming pool , more like 3 star. I paid around 2k for 4 night. I could have had half the price in a similar location if I went to a three star hotel. To sum up, if you are looking for a 4 star hotel you should come here, but you could go for a hotel that is much cheaper and located in almost the same location that provides the same surroundings

Would not recommend this hotel as it should be mentioned when booking an annex room at the location means that you will not be staying in the hotel itself but rather in a different building altogether. The ambience and decor of the annex building do not correspond to the actual hotel and it feels like you are ostracized. There is no accommodation for ladies to swim. When these things were brought to the notice of the staff they were incredibly unhelpful and unaccomodating. We signed up for Sheraton rewards and are still yet to receive our points for our stay at the hotel.

Totally Disappointed, we paid for almost 1000sar, but it's not worth the money. ”
We reserved for non smoking room, but didn't notice that the room they had provided was smoking area ! The room is just ordinary nothing so special - no toothbrush and other toiletries. Seem that they did not check it prior to check in date. Really disappointed!

Great location and new renovation plans”
The stay was a short weekend family break and the Sheraton has made it good. You will realized the age effect on the hotel facilities but you will reconsider your discomfort feelings when you know that a huge remodeling workshop is undertaken to provide a contemporary style for the hotel . I will try to pay the hotel another visit when the are done with the renovation work to see th difference. Apart from this, everything was just fine.

Inconvenience for 4 hours limited internet, room was not so clean(wet carpet, not so good smell) and even no minibar. Not so expensive price for 5 star hotel, but room was not enough for 5 stars as well. Parking was not so convenience.

Sheraton Jeddah Hotel & Resort”
It was my first time to stay at this hotel. I was worried from the moment I arrived, as there was not a single porter around to help take luggage from the taxi. After checking in I was then led out of the hotel to a side annex..no real problem until the door to the bedroom was opened: I have never experienced such a bad smelling hotel room as this - absolutely gross! The hotel was full so no alternative could be offered, and so I promptly checked out
