Good Location, Bad Service ”
Pros: It's a good location if you want to stay close to Ski course, only 2 mins and hotel provide a van to drop you off in front of thr lift. Additionally, if you buy ticket at front desk you got 500JPY discount. Cons: Ski Rental service is not so accommodating. Staff told me that they don't have Ski that suits my height (I'm 181cm btw) so I went up to feont desk to cancel my Ski package. Now, manager called to ski room and told those staff to pass me the longer ski. Then, I went down to ski room and the ski was there for me. Terrible service for ski rental room. There is no restaurant around this hotel at all. The only dinner place you could find is in the hotel or the next door hotel.

Cet hôtel est idéalement placé au pied des pistes . Le personnel est d une gentillesse remarquable. Merci à Zen qui nous a donné tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin et les bons plans , elle parle très bien anglais. Nous avons pu louer du matériel et des vêtements de ski à l hôtel ce qui était pratique. Cet hôtel est parfait pour un séjour au ski en couple ou famille !

施設は新しくないですが、清潔で気持ち良く宿泊することができました。 食事が美味しかったですが、もう少し量を減らしてもいいかと思いました。 部屋に化粧品を忘れていましたが、自宅まで送って頂けました。ホテル側の対応に感謝します。 スキーシーズンにまた行こうと思います。

最初の雰囲気が良すぎたので…”
ホテルに入った時のフロントの方々の雰囲気や対応は凄く良かったのですが、部屋に入り部屋は写真のイメージ通りでしたが洗面所の歯ブラシを入れる扉を開けたら！なんと前の人が使ったと思われる使った歯ブラシが残っており、連絡をして清掃をしていただきホッとして、後程確認した所まさかのそのままの状態で残っており何を清掃しにきたのか？と非常に残念でした。夕食のブッフェも高天ヶ原の某ホテルより残念な内容で品数も少なく単調、出ている蟹は凍ったままで氷を食べているようで美味しくない、普段食事はそんなに気にしない方ですが今一だなと思いました！(朝食は満足でした)

天空フェスというイベントがあり 優待券をすぐもらえました。 その時期にあるイベントなどは しっかりロビーにチラシがおいて あるなどわかりやすく良かったです。 僕自身はこのホテルは中高修学旅行 で以前スキーでお世話になって いてなつかしんでました。26年ぶり でしたがまた行きたいと思うところ でした。

客室のお風呂、いつ誰が使ったの？使用済みとわかる乾いたタオル、こびりついた液体。 従業員に言ったら、ああ、いやあとで掃除に来たから良いというわけではないでしょう。こちらは休みたいのですが。部屋の清掃も疑います。 口コミで決めましたが、初めての経験でした。

人にはあまりお勧めできない…”
急な泊まりになり利用させていただきました。部屋は古めでエアコンなし。夏に泊まったため部屋はサウナ状態でした。扇風機を借りたいと伝えてもスタッフの態度も素っ気なし、部屋のコンセントも壊れていて良い環境では無かったです。 朝も挨拶はなく、食事の会場場所を聞いてもそっけない返事でした。 朝食は泊まっている人数が少なかったためか、定食スタイル。食事は普通でした。卵焼きがゆるく箸で食べれなかったのでスプーンを頼んでも、無愛想な返事で机にスプーンを投げ置かれました。 スタッフの方々の態度が気持ち良く無かったですね。 お風呂は小さかったですが源泉掛け流しでその部分だけが今回良かった点です。

景色の写真を取るのに網戸を開けていたら大きな虫が入ってしまい。私では取れないのでホテルスタッフのかたにお願いしたら、すぐに対処してもらえました。他にも親切にしていただいて気持ちよく過ごさせてもらいました。

座布団に座ると立ち上がりにくい高齢者のために椅子があるかどうか尋ねたら、スタッフが部屋まで持ってきて（置きっぱなしでなく）ちゃんと具合よく過ごせるか見届けてから部屋を離れました。ありがたかったです。 また、フロントスタッフに、どこへ行ったら蛍を見られるか尋ねた時も、その地への行き方・時間以外に こうしたらいいと助言してもらえて、とても助かりました。 施設としては普通のスキー宿なのでしょうが、スタッフの皆さんが親切で、感じが良いので、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
