Everything was perfect! At first, reading the reviews we thought “well, everything can’t be so perfect”, but it turned out that it can be. The owner of the apartments is very caring and friendly, the apartments are very clean and the owner even offered us a free cleaning. The location is perfect, there is a big grocery store nearby, as well as a shop that is open 24 hours a day. The neighbours are very quiet and friendly, the air conditioning works perfectly. The apartments themselves are very comfortable. We will definitely come back here!
The stairs leading to the bed are a bit dangerous

Cute B&B near the tourist office in Bruges”

The location is ideal and very close to the city center (Belfry), like 10 min walk. The breakfast is super lekker !! And the hosts are very nice and helpful, it's own at it seems by a lovely couple. Would definitely recommend this place for couples and small groups. A plus is the free parking in Bruges !!!

Overall, an excellent stay”

Had everything we could’ve ever needed, right next to the nightlife quarter but in a quiet residential area to ensure a good night’s sleep. Would definitely come here again.
Sofa a bit uncomfortable and there was an electrical plug coming out of the wall with exposed wires.

Excellent location, very clean, hosts sent us extremely detailed instructions on how to find the apartment, as well as great pointers on public transportation, drinks and food. The bed was very comfy, excellent restaurants and bars located nearby. We'd book again if we visit the city in the future

Lovely cosy apartment in a perfect location for exploring the city”

The apartment was really cute and felt really homely. It had everything we needed for our stay and they even left a bottle of bubbly for us as it was my birthday. That was a really lovely touch. It was nice having the bed up on the mezzanine as we felt like we had a proper living room, although it's not possible to stand upstairs. The location was amazing with so many bars, coffee shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro and trams. Would definitely stay here again.
The sofa was not the comfiest.

Amazing location, walking distance from all main parts of the city centre, in both Buda and Pesta. The studio was very clean and reasonably comfortable for 4 people. Also super warm, given we stayed in winter. The kitchen is also well equipped.
There were some troubling neighbors, the rule for no noise after 9PM was followed by us but not fully by the neighbors.

excellent location and clean flat. They let us to check in slightly earlier which was a nice touch. Comfy bed and well equipped flat.
it has been a 3 of us and they didn’t put up the bedsheets for the 3rd person which was very annoying. Apart from it - I would 100% stay there again

Location was good. It was not directly in the noisy area. Kitchenette was good with all facilities and almost everything you can think off. Appartment was very clean.
It was on 2nd floor so had to carry the luggage up and down. Bed on the loft seemed fancy initially but was so inconvinient. Very steep ladder to climb and ceiling was so low that we had to crawl into the bed and felt claustrophobic. Owner gave good instructions for self checkin. Asked us to checkin late as we booked late in the day however gave the next incoming guest all checkin guide early and probably gave him a go ahead to checkin early. He was standing on the door before our checkout time. He took the keys from us went in and locked the door. We were literally afraid of his behaviour. When we contacted the owner so that she should be aware she was angry on us instead.

The location was nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful all the time.
The apartment was not that comfortable. The stair to the bedroom was too steep and narrow. The height of the bedroom was too low. Some of the products were not working properly like Microwave and shower holder. Specially, the key combination box for entering the building definitely needs to be changed. it was a heck of a task to put the number. The price for the stay was too high compared to its value.
