The hotel is quite rundown. The paint in the wall is flaking. The bedsheets are yellow and the size of the room is really cramped. However, they have many facilities such as pool, gym and minimart.

We arrived at 2:00 am @ hotel. This place is 10km away from the Bandung city centre. First and foremost, don't be fooled by the beautiful pictures of the hotel rooms . This is very basic room , old ones with no maintenance at all. So don't get intimidated by their price and picture.

It was unpleasant and bad experience staying there. Because the hotel was so dirty and no attention to keep the surrounding area clean & tidy. Trashes were everywere and no staff ignored it.

Strategic location is the main reason. Cleanliness required bigger attention”
We are going home for Ied and Simply Valore is our choice due to its strategic location to our parents' home at South Cimahi. We are happy with the price offerred and the service provided, however they need to work on their cleanliness. We found stains and marks on the bedsheet as well as the cleaning service which is not thorough. There are still visible dust and the stains remain on the sheet even after we required room cleaning. We can cope with the problem thus we did not submit any complain while we are there however this will be a huge advantage if the management could rework on this issue.

This is actually my 2nd time staying at this hotel and this time was let down by not able to access to the hotel wi-fi partly i think because i was staying at the top (20th) floor. Previously wi-fi was ok when i was staying on the 3rd floor so my advice is to request for lower floor if you wish to have access to wi-fi. The other stuff about this hotel is pretty much the same. Location wise about 5 mins drive to Bandung city center where most of the shopping is located. So this hotel is more suitable for those with own transport. Hotel security pretty good with card access to the rooms and even in the lifts. Room size is big with a double and a single bed so essentially you're paying two for the price of three persons stay. With coffee/tea making facility and also a small fridge. Well equipped gym but only one hour complimentary usage per day for hotel guest. Okay size main pool as well as a kids pool. Breakfast was so-so limited variety. There is a mini-mart and also a bank. All things considered had a pleasant stay.

We reached Simply Valore Hotel and were impressed with the infrastructure and facilities provided by the hotel. However, a major disappointing factor was that the room details as given on the website and in reality were very different and we didn't receive what we paid for in terms of room size, absence of a kitchenette and a wash basin. It was pretty difficult with small children especially. Overall, the hotel was neat and clean and we didn't have any issues with their services, cleanliness and ambiance of the entire place. We would appreciate if the hotel can update their room details on the website so the customers don't feel disappointed and unhappy in the future with the disparity between web information and actual package.

Simple but a real value for money”
I booked the hotel on my name but I arrived late, preceded by my other relatives for whom I booked the room. Nevertheless, they reported no problem with the check in process without me. I arrived past midnight and the hotel staff are still very attentive to fulfill my needs. The hotel is located not far from exit toll BAROS, just about 5-minute drive. It's an apartment complex being rented for hotel. the rooms are very large, can accommodate up to 4 people nicely. Plush bed but with too-soft pillows. The cleanliness is OK. The bathroom is too small for me, but the amenities are OK.The water kettle, coffee, and tea are available. The swimming pool is quite large for the kids.

large rooms n clean but no basin for washing hand or tooth brush. the bathroom is very small n no bathtub but shower. breakfast ok but not much variety.overall nice hotel n not far from the highway (tol) to bandung.
