January 23 Couple Trip ”
Very very helpful and friendly staff, if it wasn't the kind assistance we had received from the front desk lady and the manager , we’d definitely be helpless. It was an unexpected heavy snowfall morning on the check out day , we failed to book a taxi and the manager were very nice to offer us a ride so we can get to Hakuba Station in time. The only downside on this hotel, is the slope that you must pass through to get to the hotel. Be prepared for a small workout especially if you have bulky and heavy luggages with you. Otherwise everything else is just wonderful.

Summary: Surprise Proposal made possible by the Awesome People at Ski Inn Hakuba!”
Shoutout to: Nick, Windy, Takashi, Leo, Tomo, friendly lady with the Jimny (apologies I didn’t get her name) ! Chronological order: Trip was booked and intended to be a Surprise Proposal trip about 3 weeks before the actual stay. The Team was very excited to help fulfil the proposal during our communications before the stay. Windy, in particular, proposed a snowman and flowers (which coincidentally was what I had in mind!). She made a special request to the local florist (in winter) to get 2 sets of really beautiful flowers that were within my budget, the photos speak for themselves. When we arrived, we had secret meetings to plan for the actual proposal to be happening on the second day. In the first evening, we had a shabu hotpot in the hotel restaurant, that requires booking ahead, as they serve Matsusaka A5 Beef. The quality of the meat was awesome. I would recommend you try it once. On the second day, Nick brought out this cool DJI drone and we collaborated on the use of it for images and proposal execution. We even had dry run rehearsals =) On proposal day, the whole team, and even the guests, were eager to help make it a success. With each team member volunteering for different responsibilities! The execution was flawless with the ring surprise, the drones, the flowers, the camera, the spectators. After the successful proposal, Takashi suggested some options we could explore, such as a celebratory fireworks display, that you don’t really get else where. His coordination with the Firework team was instrumental to make it happen. In the evening, the team, with even some guests, joined us at this really cool bar for drinks and to enjoy the fireworks together. It was an awesome night. (Thank you Takashi-san, for also trying to get the car rental, and sharing your life experiences at the bar) During our third day, we made mention of considering to change from Skis to Snowboard. Nick was helpful, as always, to help coordinate for an instructor on Day 4 o

Superb Location for Ski/Snowboard”
New and chic accommodation right at the slopes of Tsugaike. You can literally take your board/skis out, walk 10m and slide your way down to the chairlifts. Nick and his team were friendly and super accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, as shown in the photos. Do try their shabu shabu dinner! You cannot miss the Mastusaka beef!!! Though I wish there was an on-site onsen (after a day of boarding), there’s actually nothing I can complain about. All in all, a great stay and I will be back.

My partner and I stayed at the ski inn hakuba at Tsugaike Kogen for 6 nights. From the minute we stepped into the inn we were greeted with impeccable service. Wendy and every staff member went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We were asked multiple times if we needed our room cleaning, new towels or anything else. The room was great it had everything we needed. There was a drying rack for boots and gloves downstairs for Andy ski/snowboarding gear, a games room with pool tables, video games, darts and others. We also ordered the Shabu Shabu and it was such a great experience! The convenience of the ski in, ski out was super easy and made everything so much easier for us! Amazing Ski Accomodation!”
Ski Inn Hakuba offers the best hospitality! The tatami style room we stayed in was very warm, cosy and spacious room that could fit 5 adults. Tsugaike Ski slope is just ten hops away from hotel entrance. Best recommended for snowboard or ski beginners. The rental shop was also nearby. Will recommend this accommodation for ski/snowboard lovers for its convenience!

The front desk and the hotel staff spoke amazing english and really helpful. The location is great and we can ski in and out that was very convenient for snowboard beginners. I highly recommend their homemake pizza, bakery and local side dishes. Looking forward to the completion of the new hotel in Nozawa. We'll definitely come again.

Stayed 2 nights from 29-Dec. Nice and new boutique inn. Friendly staff that speak english and always willing to help. Rooms were cozy and beds were very comfy. Fantastic view of the Oyanohara Ski Slope from the dinning area. Had a great dinner with handmade pizzas, hokkaido cheese, local vegs, fuji apples and beers. The games room was a nice touch with arcade games, pools and soccer tables. The ski in and out was very convenient esp for beginners skiers since inn is next to a Beginner ski slope. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Great experience first time in Hakuba”
We were very happy that we chose to stay at Ski Inn Hakuba. The place is very new and very clean. The host and all staffs are very nice and very helpful in everything. They even walked to rental shop to help us with translation. Location is ski in ski out. Just slide down to the gondola from infront of the place. We will definitely go back here.

Lovely new hotel with cozy atmosphere, overlooking the Tsugaike Kogen ski area. Ski in and out just in front of the hotel door. The rooms were nice and clean and very new. The hotel cafe has a spectacular view and serve great coffee and fresh baked bakery. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Almost everyone could communicate in fluent English. Unfortunately, my room had a problem with the heater caused by the heavy snow storm. They surprised us by upgrading us to a 3 bedrooms suite, very thoughtful. We were highly impressed. I definitely will recommend this hotel to anyone who want to come to Hakuba. Looking forward to be back again.

A very enjoyable stay!”
We were one of the first few guests at the newly opened Ski Inn Hakuba. This is a small, cosy hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The food at the cafe was v good (we especially liked the handmade pizzas and the matcha latte) and some of the seats were directly facing the ski slope, which offered a lovely view. The games room had 2 arcade machines, foosball table, darts, pool table. Lots of fun for both kids adults and kids alike. The staff were all very friendly and spoke very good English, which was helpful for us non-Japanese guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again.

酒店令我們很滿意！雖然我們到步晚了 即使過了預約時間 店長仍等待我們 又友善地把車位讓給我們 更幫我們拿很重的行李 非常nice。房間也十分乾淨，空間又足夠，如果洗手間能大點就更好了。 如果你滑雪就更方便 可ski in ski out, super convenient. 走前還送我們蘋果，實在太好客了，下次如果我再回來滑雪，一定會留長一點，這次太趕，有點可惜。

第三次來栂池 ski inn hakuba太驚人的棒了 agoda照片很漂亮 原以為是照騙 結果現實比照片還漂亮乾淨 榻榻米根本就9成9新 很好踩 免治馬桶 智慧電視 還送一瓶清酒 綠茶烏龍茶 有冰箱 空氣清淨機 冷暖氣 超強wifi 我測650mbps / 202mbps 台灣怎麼都看不到這樣的公用wifi 住兩房一廳 第一次看到有民宿有這種格局 推薦兩對夫妻來住 一人一間 還有客廳 窗戶很大 直接看到雪場 超近 一早出門走20公尺就到雪道 就可以直接滑下去買票做gondola 中午買個漢堡王直接滑回民宿吃 櫃檯小姐的親切跟完美的服務和整個舒適的環境讓想我大力推薦這裡 講些缺點 1.馬桶偏小 會頂到XX 浴室偏冷 但設備都很新 泡澡舒服 熱水可以再熱一點就完美了 我喜歡熱爆 2.沒溫泉可惜了 栂池看起來完全沒有開放的溫泉 不像八方附近 好幾個開放溫泉 3.早餐太簡單 但… 下午點了布朗尼 好吃到驚人 有天晚餐訂火鍋 也還不錯 黑毛和牛 有證書 綜合全部結論： 希望大家明年雪季不要訂這裡 這樣我就訂不到了 而且這房費的CP值真的好高
