Perfect budget hotel!”
If you want to live in the center of town is the best choice! We have stayed there for 3 nights and are very satisfied with this stay in Munich. This hotel is located in the center of town and you don't need to use the public transport to get to the old town. And the price for accommodation was the lowest one at that moment! For this money you get a comfortable room, but breakfast and Internet access is not included (you need to pay extra for it). If you don't want to spend money for it, you can use the free wi-fi in the lobby. In the neighborhood you can find a lot of cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. Attention! If you like to sleep in the silence it's not your hotel! There were a lot of noises from traffic in our room, but it was no problem for us after the busy days. Thank you agoda.ru for the best price and successful staying in Munich!

Thankful to the staff in Smart Stay Hotel for helping me to reach my tourist sites especially to Ms Branka (hope i dont spell wrongly her name). At the city centre which is convenient and many shops, cafes and restaurants around. This hotel located near to the Tourist information and public transportation eg trams, buses and subway in less than 2 mins walk. Good hotel to stay.

Inner city Hotel/Hostel”
Been there mid Sept. 2017 for trade fair. Munich my home town (now live abroad long time), so I know every corner anyway.Booked 8 months in advance for knowing the price increase at trade fair and shortly before Octoberfest. paid about 45 Euros per night, which is very cheap for the Munich inner city. The day I arrived prices for the same room type were 248 Euro, which is total outrageous and really should be reported to the tourism authorities. Had to wait 6 hours until 2 pm afternoon for checking in, because room not ready.Went shopping. At least they had luggage room. Staff barely spoke German, but therefor fluently a kind of eastern European language . The room went to the street, that meant 4.30 am unbelievable loudness from street cleaners. The night definitely over at that time. At least they give out free ear plugs at the reception.Room very small, but ok, only for sleeping anyway. Shower a floor higher with nice warm water, very functionable. All doors work with cards. The toilets somehow from 1950 or so, but at least on every floor.Safe is a locker on the 3rd floor, not really that safe, I guess...Whole hotel has the charm of the time shortly/ after war, old Munich style from the thirties or so. Has its charm.Loved the breakfast: Cozy little room with very small, but big enough buffet, only 6,90 Euro. Evening also very cozy to sit, have a beer and watch football. Definitely a win for this hostel. The location cannot be more central, but evenings the clientele around in this area a real nightmare and even dangerous. Mainly arab and african refugees. No police at all around there.Felt very unsafe.Always happy to be back in the hotel. All in all, if you book right in time, very cheap and good place to stay for a couple of days. The loudness is a minus, should book a room away from the street.

Great location, good experience.”
Staff were friendly on arrival and check in. I was provided with details to use the free wifi. The room was adequate in size, was clean and had its own bathroom - I had requested this when booking. The hotel location is excellent - beside the central rail station and within ten minutes walk of some of the city's best tourist sights. My only quibble was that the room was quite warm at night time and didn't have air-con. The buffet breakfast next morning was very adequate. A room is available to store bags after checkout if required. All in all a pleasant experience.

Good Location”
The location is extremely good. It is just next to the main station and all the sightseeing bus stops, a few minutes to the city centre. I stayed in a room with own bathroom. The room was very clean, though it was a bit small. It was a nice stay in the hotel and it is really a good budget hotel.

Perfect location, clean and comfort (Dorm room)”
you can get to this hotel only with 5 min walk from the hbf and also it is easy to go to the main places in munich. i stayed in a dormitory room. there is no locker in the room and lockers in the hostel are small. i needed to wait for a while to take a shower as i could only find 2 shower rooms. however, it was a comfort stay with a good price overall.

Worth the price!”
The people in the reception are very friendly. The place is very close to the main station of Munich, and there are also facilities near the hotel though it takes about 20 minutes to get to a self-service laundry shop.

Very close to Munich Haupthbahnhof”
My single room was very nice but with shared bathroom. The hotel is easy to find near the Munich train station. Breakfast need to pay for 6.50 Euro extra.

Great location, basic hotel.”
This is a pretty reasonable hotel on balance. It's fairly basic (no en suite and shared shower room) but does have a nice bar. The staff were very friendly and for the location it's a not bad price. It's not the most modern hotel and realistically it's somewhere in that limbo between hostel and hotel. But hey, I went with a friend on a city break and it was fine. The key feature of this hotel is its location. I didn't know Munich all that well before we booked so a centrally located hotel was important to me. You can arguably get better accomodation for the same price or cheaper outwith the city centre area, but that would require some knowledge of the geography and transport network.

Good location, basic hotel”
This is a really basic hotel. Check in was fast, but we had to bring our luggage up 4 floors to reach our room since the lift broke down. The room wasn't cleaned everyday and there was no aircon in the entire building. Luckily Munich was a bit cloudy and cool when we were there, so we didn't have to feel the summer heat. The only thing I like about this hotel is its location. It's near the main station and the nearest metro Karlsplatz is just 2 minutes walk. The hotel surrounding can get a bit noisy at night as cafes are still open until about 10pm. Marienplatz is also of a short walking distance. Overall a convenient location, but I would choose another hotel for the same price.

very convenience location ”
i stayed at easy station palace hotel for 2 days. the location is really great - 5 mins walk from the central train station of munich. the room facility as well as service is a basic room. considering the price with around 50% cheaper than other nearby hotels, i would say the price is worthwhile.

Convenient and nice place.”
Although the whole facilities were rather old and the windows were broken, at least the bed sheet was clean enough and the single room was comfortable. You can even open the whole window to get some fresh air. The shared bathroom was a bit tiny. There were two bathroom, one was ok, the other one combined with the toilet was smelly. The staffs at the front desk were very nice and friendly! The breakfast was good enough, too. Basically, it's a considerable place for those who have limited budget, but also want to stay closed to the train station! Unfortunately, there was no laundry room! But there's one self-service laundry station, which was not so far.

Great location, great value to money”
Super close to the HBF, the central train station, so you are close to everywhere. Walking distance to major attractions (or you can take subway for 1-2 stops), easy to take train to out of city attractions, and also a big dept store across the street (plus the popular shopping street 10-min walking). Room was quiet as I'm on the non-street facing side. Not sure about the other side. Happened 1 out of 5 times that the bathroom or shower room was occupied when I wanted to use it. Room with one bed and one desk, reasonable quality for a budget traveller. Had to pay extra 2euro for one-day wifi, which didn't work well on 4th floor. No breakfast was included.

Good location but nothing special with the hotel”
The hotel is very near to Munchen Hauptbahnhof. You can also walk to some tourist attractions. But the hotel is just OK for me. I stayed for 2 nights. Nothing special.

Nice location and nice staff, but a bad hotel.”
The location of the hotel makes it very desirable, specially considering its not-so-expensive price. However, I would've rather pay a bit more for a better suited hotel. The building was old, staircases creaked. There are only 4 showers for 3 floors full of rooms with 4-8 beds- and out of these 4 showers, 2 were disgustingly dirty and therefore unusable. The shared bathrooms were no better, either. If your room doesn't come with a bathroom, then you don't get a towel. Getting a towel is €1 extra and they are not always available! Most hotels will give you free wi-fi in their lobby but will charge for it if you want to use it in your room. Here, there is no free wi-fi. €2 for a 24 hours wi-fi password that is very slow and does NOT reach the rooms. On the other hand, the beds were okay and the staff was very nice- but if you are not on such a tight budget, I would suggest avoiding it.

Clean and Cosy Dorm”
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is located next to the central station. There are many restaurants around as well. The dorm is clean, the bed is comfortable. The heating system in the room is great too. So it is a great escape from the cold outside. The toilet is decent with heater in the shower. Definitely worth our money staying there.

It was correct”
Just I spent one night, I booked this place for location and price, next day I took a train from Munich Hauptbanhof. When I arrived my bed was occuped, I asked to the nice staff and inmediately was solved. The WI-FI doesn´t work in the second floor and it was a drawback for me.
