      I had 2 nights comfortable stay. Near to Ancol beach & Mangga dua market. Max 40 mins drive from airport. Not much of Choice for Food. Very much helping staff some manage English. Overall recommended

      I had a pleasant 2 nights stay at Smarthomm Hotel. The staffs were friendly and speak English. I loved that they have initiative to clean my room for housekeeping. Free breakfast, although fairly simple and basic, was delicious. I like the room service too which was always fast. One thing that I did not like though was the door lock issues of Room 508. The RFID card wasn't always working so I had to ask for assistance to just open the door. Also, toilet shower (bidet) in the toilet was leaking. But overall, I think the service they provided was enough for the price I paid.

      Saya memesan kamar ini utk keluarga yang berkunjung ke Jakarta tapi ternyata saya mendapat complain dari tamu karena saat mereka tiba, kamar tdk tersedia sehingga mereka harus menunggu cukup lama utk mendapat kamar pengganti dan mereka mengeluh utk layanan yang sangat tidak ramah dari para staf. Mereka pesan pada saya utk tidak memesan hotel itu kembali saat mereka berkunjung ke Jakarta, mohon diperhatikan karena hotel adalah pelayanab jasa, next time be better

      HIGHWAY TO HELL.”

      This hotel is 20 metres directly facing the Main toll road. It's CONSTANT Road noise . Trucks, cars and bikes. Not sound proofed so you're not going to get any quality of sleep. The foyer has a smell of sewage. The staff acknowledge it and prefer to sit on the steps out front. Seriously...... GO ELSEWHERE. Even the locals wont take up the offer of $10 a night.

      Kebersihan diperhatikan lagi”

      Dapat kamar spreinya kotor, seperti tidak diganti. Udah dikasih pindah, di kamar lain tetep aja dapat yg kotor, bahkan ada bercak noda darah di spreinya. Gorden nya seperti ga pernah di ganti, kumel banget. Fasilitas di kamar mandi cuma dikasih sabun aja. Ga dikasih shampoo. Ada fasilitas teko listrik tapi ga disediakan gelas/sendok kecil, bener2 kurang worth it kalo kesini bareng keluarga dan anak2.
