a Spacious 3 BR Villa situated on the heart of
Bandung city.
It's 5 min drive to the nearest Factory Outlet
around Dago area. Perfect for family holiday
and also for parents and families whose attending
university graduation. So close to some
universities such as ITB, ITHB, UNPAD & UNPAR.
It's also very close to Sabuga where you can also
have a morning run.
The space is a combination of old and recently new built
building, complemented with new minimalist pool.

Area rented is the whole 2nd floor and pool area.
1st floor is locked for private uses.
Any events such as birthday party, wedding, etc
that involves loud music need to inform us.
• 1 minute walk to Warung Upnormal, Jurnal Risa Coffee, Opiuci & Cafe Halaman.
• So close to some universities such as ITB, ITHB, UNPAD, UNPAR.
• 5 mins drive to the nearest Factory Outlet around Dago Area.
• Very close to Sasana Budaya Ganesha (SABUGA)

nice place located at the heart of the city, walking distance to FO&coffee shops. nice host.bnice staff. the villa guard was very helpfull&do the cleaning very well. everything was great. it would be perfect if could improve the kitchen utensils, room facilities i.e hanger,hair dryer,bathroom amenities. some of sockets aren't working. over all is good. thank you.
