1- No assistance received for the luggage!!! 2- Receptionist cheated me regarding reserving the wanted room although he added 400 SR to get sea view room. he located me in City view Tower!!!. not in The Sea view Tower!!!.

I spent a Valentine's night at the hotel. Everything looked alright when we got there, except for the lady that wasn't really welcoming. The facilities are not the best, I called the receptionist to ask about the wifi password and she gave us a random answer (wrong) But the truly one thing that drop the weight to a bad experience was again the receptionist that called several times us in the room at noon to ask what time we will leave, I said "around 2 pm". She was brave enough to call us again at 1:56 to ask us if we are ready to leave. The hotel was completely empty, so there is no excuses to kicking us out in that way. The rest of the room attendance was nice and the view from the room is amazing even though we had a "partial sea view". I do not recommend this hotel, the staff is not welcoming at all and apparently they like to bother you to kick you out as soon as possible. 5/10

Very nice hotel with less informative staff”
Checkin was troublesome. Took like almost 30 mins. Charged almost 200 riyals more. Checkout was lengthy as I claimed that the taxes were included in the shown price. Had to call agoda to resolve the issue.

For a 5 stars hotel, I’d say it’s not worth it. The value of the money spent vs the hospitality, readiness and the fact check ins are after 3?! Is just ridiculous. I think the only thing that mattered is the sea view. Other than that, not the best.

They unfortunately have a management issue: Staff AND managers: Late in responding, not alert enough, delivering items to wring room numbers, interrupting customers when they try to express themselves. But good location and clean room.
