I would state that Somerset Al Fateh Bahrain is one of rare hotel that makes you feel like you are at home. I never felt that I am traveling or staying out at any time. Everything is just perfect. The hotel management successfully let us feel at home which is something tough in this industry to have this. Family hotel? Definitely! Small note to hotel management, Kindly update the information booklet in the room as it is outdated and needs to be updated accordingly.

Wonderful Staycation”
We stayed at the South Tower, 6th floor without a balcony. Window view is the nearby newly constructed high-rise hotel/apartment. The north tower has sea view but higher floors may have better scenery. The flat looks freshly refurbished (reception said the building is around 7 years old). The bathroom fixtures are classy. LG smart TV hooks up to the web with Wifi available at all corners. The mini kitchen offers convenience for quick meal preparation if you got time to spare - the aljazira supermarket is a 2-minute drive away). Food delivery is an alternative (there are several nearby restaurants). We didn't get to try breakfast at their lobby lounge - has both indoor and outdoor seating. It is in a quiet residential location and you can always drive out easily to the city proper and various tourist attractions. 10-15 mins drive to City Centre Mall and 15-20 mins drive to the airport/Movenpick Hotel. It was a rainy Christmas from eve throughout the day. The roads leading to Somerset became muddy with all the ongoing construction in the vicinity. The facade has worn out paint but those are not really a big deal. Will recommend this to friends.

Wow - What a place - 5 Star”
We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment without asking. This place is huge. If I was to go back to Juffair, this is the place I will be staying. A little bit pricey, but the place is amazing. Huge Jacuzzi bath was awesome. The only negative, was the room service food was not very good. However being that this is not a hotel, I guess that was to be expected. Overall, you will not be disappointed

The hotel is nice for larger families since you can have 2 and 3 bedrooms apartment. It's a bit secluded and far from anywhere with value in Bahrain, so, expect quite a drive to most of the attractions.

clean and neat hotel, I booked the premier 2-bedrooms apartment. one flauss which is one room is having a queen size bed which is not preferable, i would say that they should provide either 2 separate beds or a king sized. great hotel in general
