The facilities are good, nice staffs amd nice breakfast! The room is big enough for 3-4 persons to sleep, with 2 20 inch luggage+ a few bags we sti can walk around without difficulty. Highly recommended!

The best part is that it is so close to mrt station, bus stop, and market! They upgraded our room but the room given to us doesn’t have a good view but it was spacious. Great staff and would really help us. For breakfast, the staff even gave us some warmer because it was snowing in Kyoto that day. What I didn’t like is that they gave us only 1 pillow per person. But it’s fine, just personal preference. Amenities are good.

An extremely value for money hotel that I stayed in. It was clean, neat and the staff were friendly. Only downside was that the WiFi is only good for mobile but not desktop usage. Trying to save my RAW photos to the cloud takes a very long time.

Great location, walking distance to popular landmark Nishiki Market and shopping street at Shijio Kawaramachi. No worries for heavy luggage, as there is nearby elevator to subway. 7-11 and family mart just 1mins from Hotel. Definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

A comfortable stay for the price.”
I stayed here for the weekend during the peak of autumn leaves time - when other hotel prices in Kyoto Karasuma area were much higher and beyond my budget. The hotel met my request for a quiet room away from the elevator, and a window that opened. I appreciated the effort they took - thank you. (Note- I think most rooms don't have a window that opens). The bed was comfortable. Not much of a view (on 7th floor) - but ok. Breakfast - the staff were lovely. I love a Japanese style breakfast - but this buffet was a bit "ordinary" compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Would I stay again? Maybe - nothing really wrong with the property, there are others I prefer and would stay at if prices were about the same.

Convenient and clean business style hotel, handy to Karasuma Station”
We stayed one night. The staff were very polite and gave our daughter a little goody bag with children's slippers, shampoo, body sponge and tooth brush. The room was spacious enough for a short trip, with a kettle and large TV and air conditioner with a controller. We stayed on the top floor (9th floor) in a Twin room and there was a room with washing machines (300 yen to use), and ice machine and soft drinks and alcoholic beverage vending machines on the 4th floor. There was also a 7-11 just at the end of the street. Would recommend for a short stay (if you don't have much luggage).

Room - big bed, small bathroom amenities are available near reception area. Amenities are quite good especially for bath powder. Location - Superbly convenient. It near almost everything you need here. Staff - nice and friendly Breakfast - if you are not booking the room with breakfast please don’t ever pay 12xx Yen for the breakfast. The quality was good but it wasn’t worth the money.

best decision, value for money and good location”
located between shijo(subway) and karasuma(hankyu) stations, location is perfect. from kyoto station it’s a mere 2 stations away (by subway), easy access to teramachi street and because we like to walk, we simply walk to gion area. if you have heavy luggages, simply use exit no.4 (subway shijo) elevator and simply turn left, then you find 7-11 turn left again, and voila, arrived at the hotel. amenities can be found at the lobby, free drink can also be found. the room for twin bed were veryyy accommodating (for japan size, it’s quite large, 17m2) the only complain is just the duvet/bed cover needs to be changed (already worn out and not as soft)
