I stayed here for 3 days 2 night, this hotel was very clean and the staffs at the hotel are so cute and have service mind! The last day I needed to call the cap but it was raining in the morning (around 4-5 am), the hotel staff tried so hard to contact the taxi for me but it was too early that day so no answer from taxi. After that on of the staff decided to run out with the umbrella to call the cap for me but bad luck it was too early so no taxi for me. I'm so impress the way they did for me this time! Thank you! The room was so clean and there's pyjamas, slippers, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, body lotion, hair dryer, TV, and etc. in the room! This hotel was close to Kitahama Station about 300 m. So coveneint! And there's convenient store (7-11) next to the hotel too.

Room was a bit small but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay too. Lots of free amenities at the lobby. Staff was great too. Would recommend

Hotel is great, if you're living in the higher floor the view is awesome too. Staffs are nice, the room also very clean, typical Japan Style. Osaka is definitely worth to come again. I had a good time in this hotel, so does Osaka.

Cozy hotel room for two; recommended!”
We spent 10 days here and it was a overally nice experience. I was a bit nervous while checking in because they stated in the booking confirmation that the hotel only accept cashless payment (and I was only having cash with me), but the staff was really patient and allowed us to pay in cash eventually. The room was relatively small, but this is the norm for almost every room in Japan so I don’t mind, but this might be a bit uncomfy for those who have big luggages. Additionally, the hotel is fully-facilitated; don’t worry if you forget to bring along personal items such as a razor or a comb because they provide it all on the 1st floor near the receptionist

One of the best hotel in Osaka”
Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka-Yodoyabashi is new hotel in great location, near Yodoyabashi Station exit 12. Also, Kitahama Station exit 6. Very helpful staffs, recommend to stay in Deluxe room. The room quite big when compare with others hotel in Osaka. Next time I will stay at this hotel again.
