Exceptional”

I love this Suichokan! We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was so clean, comfy and spacious. Their meals were so delicious and pretty. Onsen was so nice that we enjoyed very much. I would definitely recommend this hotel! 100%!

Not really suitable for tourist”

This is a spa & onsen hotel for local Japanese, staff do not speak English. The most important part is there is no bathroom inside the room, you can only take shower in the public onsen with others, may be is a not comfortable for a tourist like me. The view around the hotel is magnificent !!!!!

Great Food; Good Services; Room Quality OK”

Private spa has no window for fresh air and is too hot. The staff service attitude is good. You must bring your camera for photos of delicious and beautiful dishes for breakfast and dinners.

Cigarette smell in all non-smoking rooms despite the fact that I requested to change room twice. This reflects badly on hotel management.

The employees are very nice, and more importantly, they speak fluent English! The facility is relatively new and the environment is cosy. Most guests are quietly speaking so its very relaxing to stay here. Highly recommend for solo traveler.

Excellent”

Very cosy, spacious place with helpful and polite staffs. For transportation, they have shuttle bus travels between Sapporo and Jonzankei (reservation in advance is required). There are no room with shower and bathtub, guests must use public bath.

岩盤浴や貸切風呂などは予約枠がいっぱいで利用できなかった。おやつや夜食も宿泊者分用意されておらず、行ったときには残っておらず食べられなかった。少なくとも宿泊者分は用意してほしかった。朝食が、外のレストランなのは、コスト削減にはなっているのかもしれないが、利用者にとっては使い勝手がよくない。提携のレストランは、10時オープン（朝食には遅い）なうえに席数が少なく大行列で入店に時間がかかった。値段に見合ったホテルではない。

とても静かでゆっくりできた！ コース料理は少し少ない感じはありましたが私にはちょうどよかったですが結構食べる人だと物足りないかもしれません。

食事が凄く美味しくて、素敵でした！ 清潔面で、少し気になる部分はありましたが、総合的に満足しています！ スタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。 また機会があれば、宿泊したいです！

As two female friends, we were able to stay with peace of mind. It was great that we could serve ourselves drinks. I thought it was wonderful that there was a late-night snack available. Of course, the dinner was delicious, and the rice balls for breakfast were so good that I want to go back again!

基本的にお部屋数が少なくお客も少なく、海外からの団体客やお子様もいないので館内は静かで、ゆったりとした時間が流れているようでした。 ごろごろしていいんだよ～といわんばかりのスペースがあり、存分にごろごろさせてもらいました。お食事は薬膳をベースにしたものということで食べたことないものや、初めての味に戸惑いはありましたが、美味しく頂きました。 お一人でいらしているお客もいましたが、友達みんなで思い出作りにーというより自分へのご褒美にまた来たいと思うようなお宿でした。

とにかく素晴らしいの一言に尽きる。 温泉も良いが、すべての設備が清潔でゆつくりくつろげる。 夕食も朝食も独自の凝った料理が出て満喫できる。 又、宿泊したい最高のホテルです。
