Luxury Oasis in a dull city”
Love the beautifully appointed deluxe room. Staff are efficient and helpful. Great choice for breakfast. Beautiful old hotel with lovely public spaces. Didn’t like the outrageously priced mini bar, in room service or the outdoor cafe. Concierge give you bad attitude if you don’t tip. If your not facing the street your view is of an ugly office block.

Needs an Update...Needs Caring”
The hotel needs charm and love. It must have been incredible in years past. It’s needs a renovation. Mildew in the bath, dust etc. Beautiful by itself but an uncaring somewhat haughty staff. Almost no English TV so unless you speak Arabic, You’re out of luck as even BBC is in Arabic. Too bad because it’s a perfect location and lovely building.

i dont recommended to stay at this hotel , staff unhelpful and they dont speak English , room service came with very bad smell on the table even the food was in good quality , price was high compare to facilities and service .

Acceptable”
due to the storm in London all flights were cancelled on the day and the next we had to also cancel the hotel due to the force major. but the hotel refused to refund the money. there was no point for us to move the date as the furniture fair would be finished by the time air planes reopen to fly out from London. We are very unhappy and we do think to refund us the money is illegal as this was caused for force major. so be careful at booking this hotel.

This hotel is the most reputable amongst the historical hotels in Frankfurt and rightly so. Modern facilities with amazing restaurants (terrace and inside), a wonderful old world charm bar, and very spacious well designed rooms. Just a few minutes walk from the main shopping areas, and close enough to the river too. Very professional and friendly staff. We loved our stay and hope to return

This is the second time I have stayed at the Steignberger Frankfuter Hof and enjoyed it as much as the first time. The location is perfect, close to the main shopping avenue and other sights. The service is excellent, responsive and welcoming, the facilities are good. Will always be my first preference in Frankfurt.

I have stayed here multiple times. I have always enjoyed my stay. Of course it is usually a business trip, so I don't care about the price. It is in the center of town right off a subway stop. The hotel is top notch, five star all the way.

Beautiful hotel ”
we only had one night and were a bit tired, but the staff were very friendly and our room was so comfortable. the hotel is a short walk to the main shopping mall and market stalls.
