I traveled in a group of 8 people from Bangkok. The villa is about 5km from the center of Hua Hin but because we hired a van so distance is not a really big problem. Everything is all good and it is worth our money. Highly recommend to people travel with own vehicle.

5 minutes walk to 7-11 shop, but not recommend to walk alone as there is no street light along the way and have many stray dogs. Around 15 minutes drive to chatsila night market. Inside the house have a private pool, table pool, full kitchen facilities, very good audio system with karaoke, and more.

Very clean house, complete with clean bedding and enough space for multiple people to sleep comfortably. Very convenient and comfortable, the kids loved it 10/10. Easy to travel to and there's a 7-11 nearby.

Convenient location by private car, with a 7-Eleven at the corner. The accommodation provides everything you need, including plates, bowls, spoons, forks, and even a sun lounger. There are three bedrooms and extra mattresses available. The swimming pool is nice, but it would be even better if there were a slide. The karaoke is good, but one of the microphones has a problem and needs to be checked or replaced. Overall, it's a good place to stay.
