Some amenities have extra fee (towels, etc.) so bring one for yourself. Also check email in case you would be asked to do a self check-in. The comforter had some stains, unfortunately. Staff is otherwise very nice and Tsuruhashi station is a very convenient start-off point for traveling around Osaka.

Second Timer!”
I just love this place! It is very near the train station, there is a convenience store on the first floor. There is even an onsen nearby! My mother is quite particular with accommodation was very comfortable. She loved the place and highly recommends it to her friends and other family members who plan to go to Japan.

Stayed here almost 2 years ago with 2 of my other friends. We got the private room with 4 bunk beds. I liked that we would need a key card to get in. Space was enough to fit all of our luggage. Staff was available immediately even when we did a late check in. Beds were comfortable, shared bathrooms were clean as well as the mini kitchen area. There's also a common area where people can hang out. Hostel is right above a convenience store so it was super convenient to get some quick snack or food or some toiletries. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay!

First of all, the hostel was in a good location and clean, but I encountered some issues. 1) The rooms are actually just one big room separated by some low walls meaning if someone talked or made noise anywhere in the sleeping area, even if they were not in your specific room you could hear it. 2) I stayed in the female-only dorm but the male staff of the hostel kept opening the door to the room, even after we had closed it. This happened when I was about to get changed and I felt uncomfortable that the door kept being opened to the female dorm. 3) There is not really a good common area and the TV is loud all 24/7. 4) The staff were not really there during the day so you couldn't ask questions, except at check-in. 5) There is no elevator so if you have heavy bags then be prepared to carry them upstairs.

(+) clean; the staff is very friendly and helpful as we are offered for early check in as the room has ready; perfect location near tsuruhashi station just 2 minutes walking and above family mart; value for money as you can't get cheaper in osaka with that advantage (-) kitchen is minimalist, as only provide microwave and heater

BEST HOSTEL SO FAR”
Wow! Clean and very spacious. They even have separate T/B for M/F. I didn't feel like I stayed at a mixed dorm. It was like a hotel located near exit 5 of Tsuruhashi station. I got a super great deal for my stay in Osaka!

You can easily find the place once you get off Tsuruhashi station and it is located on top of a Family Mart so you won't miss it when you reach the area. Plus points because it's super near konbinis and train station. Also because everything in the place is so clean and comfortable. Even if there are several beds inside the dorm and a number were already occupied, I slept peacefully because the room is/was surprisingly quiet. Definitely coming back again! Thanks so much!

The hostel is within 5mins walking distance to either Tsuruhashi Metro station or the JR Tsuruhashi station (else can walk about 10min to Tamatsukuri Metro station). The bunk bed is clean and comfortable. Clean shared toilet & shower. There is a Family Mart right beside, so no need to worry about a quick snack. Or a supermarket about 7mins away. The staff are very friendly too. I would stay here again next time.

The property is well-maintained. Impressively clean rooms and toilets/baths. Basic toiletries are provided. Near food stalls and groceries. Conveniently located beside Family Mart and a 4 minute walk to Tsuruhashi Station if you want to maximize the use of your JR West/Pass. Value for money.

Clean and nice hostel. Staff very accommodating. Very near Tsuruhashi JR and metro stations. There's a Family Mart downstairs. The only negative for me is there is no full kitchen for us to cook, but there are microwave, toaster oven and fridge for guests. And there's no elevator, so might be a bit of a problem for those with big and heavy luggage. Overall, recommended ❤️

Very clean, quiet, big screen Panasonic LCD in lounge, kitchen equipped with microwave and toaster oven, second floor lobby above Family Mart konbini with friendly staff, few of whom speak English quite fluently. Now that Sun Village is closed (maybe temporary, not sure), the Tsuruhashi branch is the one to stay in, not the Tamatsukuri

Fair price for a night stay”
It was a nice choice for my schedule. I stayed in Osaka for a night after landing, this place is close to a station where I can take a Kintesu train to Nara - just within 5 min walking. Varied kinds of restaurants are around the area, you can still find food at late night (less choices after 11pm). The accommodation overall is worth it, clean and well equipped, room was not crowded, bedding was not bad. But do try to take care of your own belongings, I found some of my money missing after leaving there...

At first I got to a wrong direction, out from the Tsuruhashi station, cross the zebra line , walk straight about 1 minutes, you will see it, ground floor is a familym mart.
