Pretty Guest House”
We are family 5 person adult staying the premier room, it is large space along with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and sofa. Room is clean Wi-Fi strong & air condition is fine. Our room is at level 3, there is not lift access so have to carry your luggage to level 3! No breakfast provide, nearby the guest house have few local food stall not bad. Good location, walking to Hua Hin night market within 5 minutes, that street have lots of seafood restaurant, massage shop, pharmacy, Tesco express & 7-11. Walking to Hua Hin railway station within 15minutes. Although the staff is don't know English but she is friendly and helpful, willing to understand and fulfill our request. At night there has a security guard siting at the lobby and walk around the building to secure us.

We have very great stay in Sunny house, The premier room was very big big room with 2 double bed, good for family with children. 3 mins walk to night market and 7 mins walk to night life and restaurant. It also close to Hua hin beach. Hua hin railway station only 5 mins walk.

Overall a good stay. Location Near to the night market.Room big,clean and comfort. Value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Before we leave they prepared some local food for us. I'm very touched.Will stay here again when i visit Hua Hin.

Great location and value for $$$$$”
The location of Sunny House is in the downtown of Hua Hin. Close to every major activities. 3 mins walks to night market, 7 mins walks to hua hin beach and night life area... Every room have the different design and painting on the wall to make the room very beautiful and colorful. Value for $$$$. We have very great stay here and will come back for next visit.

sunny guest house is not far from the main shopping and entertainment areas. it is small, clean and good hotel with helpful and friendly staff. the room was small but clean and nicely decorated. the bed was a bit hard but adequate size. the only negative aspect of this guesthouse is that is located next to the railway line. consequently i was woken up by trains a few times during the night and early morning.

A reasonably priced hotel in the center of Hua Hin”
The Sunny Guest House was nice enough but the city of Hua Hin did not impress me very much. The beach is surrounded by very touristy shops and restaurants and I would have had to get further out of town to see really nice beach, which would have been quite expensive with one of the motorbike taxis.

Convenient”
When we arrived Sunny Guest House, nobody at the reception, waited for a long time. Lady in the cafe tried to contact owner, can't speak english. Owner call up to apologised, she can speak english. We were tired and hungry. The receptionist came, she can't speak english and attitude was not very good. Room is big and spacious, with 2 big beds and a very big toilet.

Central hotel”
Friendly helpfull staff made this a fine stay. Hotel was very central and close to the main things to see in Hua Hin and a ten minute brisk walk to the beach. The room was very clean with good air condition and the breakfast was what you would expect for a typical Thai breakfast, if you are looking for european type breakfast then go to Europe!

Basic but ok”
Right.... Strange old place hua hin! Found ourselves there for an overnight stop off .quickly discovered its a great place if your over 50, balding and desperate! Sunny guest house was ok though, fine for a night. Although I believe you can rent the room by the hour (if you get my drift) Location was ok, night market just around the corner. Good luck

This place is located nearby the night market as well as Hua Hin railway station. The room is pretty big enough for our group of 4ppls and the basic facility is alright. This is good choice for a short & budget trip in Hua Hin :)

Affordable, clean, convenient - value for money ”
This is our second time staying at this simple guest house, it's definitely not for fussy travelers who want to pay 2-3 star price for 5 star services. As we were doing sports and spend most of the time outside the guesthouse, it is considered a good option. Not for honeymooners or elderly (no lift in the hotel). Simple breakfast, good enough.

Good location, but poor facilities!”
The hotel is nearby Hua Hin railway so it's pretty much noisy that you can hear for whole night! I recommend this hotel for those who travel by train, because it's only short walk to the station. At this price, so don't expect the good facilities! The good point is the hotel is very clean.

the hotel located which is quite hard to find”
for this, i only unsatisfied for the lift of the guest house, this is do not has any lift to excess to high floor, we need to go our room by staircase, it is tried for us. but the price of the hotel is reasonable.

Clean & modern hotel, ideal for the undemanding”
i had a little trouble find the hotel (walked right passed it) as the location on the map is not too accurate, but if you look for a orange building about 50 yards from the roundabout that's it. the rooms have been recently redecorated and are cleaned daily. they have free wifi, fridge, tv, a/c, and en suite shower - everything the undemanding traveller needs. the price is one of the best in the area and the location convenient to the night market and train station. there's a guard on the door at night so you can feel secure.

Passable”
Sunny House is a back packers hotel. The beds are like sleeping on a sheet of ply wood. The pillows are so hard you wake with a sore ear.they don't want any TP in the WC so bring your own, or get used to using the spray. The RR tracks are just on the other side of the road, during the night you'd think the train was coming right through your room. On the positive side, it's very clean, close to the night market and the price is certainly rite.
