Kind staff, love the facilities of the room especially the washing machine in every rooms, spacious room and feel Japan theme, my family and I were so happy stay at Sunrise Suites. we will back there when we visit Kyoto again

Clean Room and Excellent Service”
We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel..it was very clean and the staffs were helpful and friendly. Speaks English very well, so communication was easy. Comfortable beds and pillows. Mini mart next to the hotel so its convenient to get stuff and train station is within walking distance. Suggestions ;- We had the fish breakfast during our stay and it was the same throughout. By the 3rd day, we were eating donuts for breakfast. Perhaps you can prepare different types of fish daily. The International channel was not suitable for kids (Fox Movies). Will come back to this hotel if we return to Kyoto next time.

Honestly, this is the best place to rest in Kyoto. The staff, especially Mayu go out of their way to make you comfortable during your stay. The environment is extremely clean and relaxed. Hotel over looks adjacent shrine and Japanese style rooms totally bring you the peace and rest you will need. Did I mention the breakfast is on point?!

Aright in front of Toni Tample , pagoda. A spacious place with stove, refrigerator and laundry. It is about 5 to 10 min walk to Kintesu gain and city subway. Two near by super markets and restaurants. Staff are super polite and pleasantly interact with guests. Room is super cleaned every day. A very neat Japanese style set up. We love it and would stay again.

One of the best in Kyoto”
Location was superb. Right opposite to Toji Temple. Next to a convenience store. Staff were very friendly and could speak English. Room was clean and big. They even have washing machine and a kitchen in the room. The only downside is there’s no curtain so the light from the outside will wake you up early in the morning.

建物外観は料亭のような かなり高級な佇まいでした。 スタッフの方も丁寧でした。 部屋はかなり広く、綺麗でした。 風呂も広く、トイレと分かれていたため ゆったりと過ごせました。 朝食もたいへん美味しく量も多かったため満足でした。

整體：4/5 日子：櫻花季 位置：4/5，東寺對面，近鐵3分鐘路程，去衹園的207巴士1分鐘路程，附近有3間便利店，還有24小時松屋。 服務：4/5，每日有人打掃，前台人員會英文，交流沒有問題。 早餐：2/5，4款早餐只有一款是熱食，其餘為凍食，除打卡好看外，真心失望。 房間：4/5，小廚房沒有刀，只有剪刀，其他設備滿分，有乾洗2用的洗衣機，但不提供洗衣液，需自備或到前台購買。 價錢：3/5，對比其他市中心雖然便宜一點點，但是早餐那邊扣了不少分，因為附近賣早餐的不算多。

地点就在东寺附近，在酒店顶楼可以俯瞰东寺，景色很好，出行有好多公交车，离近铁东寺站步行10分钟左右。酒店卫生很干净，员工亲切热情，早餐有四种可以选择，吃的也很好。唯一的缺点就是窗门是纸隔档，晚上睡觉，走廊灯光会照进来，不喜欢睡觉有灯光的可能比较难受。

two rooms, this was kids room”
We got two rooms because our kids are older and they got us to stay right by each other. They provided breakfasts. It was right after COVID was lifted in Japan so we got this place or really good prices to experienced the traditional Japanese suites. If we go back to Kyoto, we would definitely stay her again. By the way bus stop was right across the stress so it was awesome traveling around the places. Our kids loved having their own room. They are 15 and 13 yrs old.
