Awesome Experienced”
PROS: -Great Hotel with warm ambience and complete facility compared to other 4 stars hotel -Located on strategic area around Blok A and just a minutes away from MRT station by walking distance -Staff really helpful and friendly from security to receptionist and others staff -Price really worthed and affordable for 4 stars hotel -Checkin process quite fast and easy, no deposit -Room very clean and well maintained -Large screen TV around 48 inches, with many channels and good signals (no screen noise with HD quality) -Hot and cold shower with rain shower, and shower pressure is quite strong -Amenities quite enough -Bed qualityis good and comfortable -Hotels had bakery shop with quite cheap price but taste so good, on the day i visit they had promo buy 1 get 1 (MUST TRY!!!) -Unique interiors between ethnic and modern yet elegant -Parking space very spacy and secure -Provided with nice Kimono, comfortable enough with nice pattern (i think its a Batik), sadly they only provide one kimono but its okay because i didn't ask for extra kimono CONS: -They facilitated rooms with Smart TV but i don't know how to activated or maybe they disabled the Smart TV function -Didn't have hairdryer -Their in-room dining didn't have many choices and lil'a bit pricey for local dishes (so far i know dishes provided from around famous local restaurant that quite cheap) CONCLUSION: Really nice experienced for my staycation at Sutasoma Hotel, but i can't try their Dine-in restaurant, Lounge, and pool because of Covid pandemic and PPKM (for safety reason) Didn't have a photo because i was too excited and surprised with this hotel, beyond my expectation for 4 stars hotel with price range below 500k (deluxe room) Next time i will try others facility and room type on my next visit

A nice place for staycation!”
This was my second time coming back and staying at Sutasoma. I love this Hotel for its cleanliness and super friendly and helpful Staff. I stayed here during this PPKM, so sadly the breakfast was delivered to our room instead. And since I am vegan, I requested vegan breakfast and they accommodated pretty well. My suggestion would be, they should start having vegan breakfast options to the Guests (more leafy greens, vegan breads, vegetable salad with vegan dressing, sautéed vegetables, and brown / red rice, etc.). My room? It was super clean and neat (as always). They clean the room according to health protocol during this Covid pandemic. In the first night, I had a bit trouble with the water drains in the bathroom (somehow the water didn’t flow to the drains and causing my bathroom got flooded, literally). But, they acted fast sending us the Engineer to fix it and voila.. all back to normal). The pool? My favorite! But they should pay more attention to the kids pool, because my niece told me, and I saw it, that there were some sort of ashes from cigarette and/or sands in the pool. Nevertheless, the facility for the pool is nice. Clean. And neat! Even some of my friends asked me where I stayed because the Hotel looked sooo comfy and homey. I hope they will stay at Sutasoma, too. And I will surely come back again! Keep up the excellent service, Sutasoma Hotel! And thank you, I had great staycation

Chose this hotel based on consistently high reviews, and for a staycation bday surprise for my girlfriend, which she loved. Staff was very helpful and accommodating in helping me set up the surprise bday cake and song. Was given a free upgrade to an executive king room when the deluxe room we were waiting for wasn't ready. Some staff went above and beyond and as a former hospitality employee, I deeply appreciated that. Definitely recommend and would stay again :)

This hotel located in the heart of South Jakarta. It's easily accessible and is near MRT station. My kid (< 2yo) love it here. It was easy for me to stroll around the hotel with baby stroller. The have a large ballroom and in my 2 days here, it was always full with wedding event. The downside is the swimming pool. It's small and the side is very narrow. It could be your choice to refresh your energy in the weekend.
