Room is very basic. The receptionist is not the most friendly guy when checking my friend in but he did his job at least. Room cleanliness is close to okay and hot water is on and off. Due to proximity to Mal Ciputra and Simpang Lima, absolutely will return

If you’re budget is 200k then this is what you got. No amenities for bath. Not even a floor mat in front of (the very small) bathroom. You have to ask for towel. But citraland is just walking distance and the bed is comfortable. Sheets are clean. And hot water is functioning well. Oh and beware of mouse cracking and very disturbing in the night at the plafond.

The is a dirty hotel, spit in the basin, toilet seat unimaginable, lift smeared with grime, horrible receptionist, TV and aircon really bad, no towels ... Shall I carry on? I will avoid the whole brand in future. To be honest the area is quite boring too unless you are here for cheap street food and an expensive shopping centre.
