Great value and location for the money”
I have really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I didn't try the pool or the live performances, but the breakfast food was wonderful. The hotel is definitely a great value and location for the money. Staff was awesome, and it is a 6-8 minute walk from Lebak Bulus Grab location for MRT! That was the best thing about it, and there were food places surrounding the hotel as well. Also, my family members live around the hotel, so I will definitely be back. One thing I didn't quite like, although it didn't bother me as much: the noise level was quite high, even on 8th floor, so if you're a light sleeper, this one is not for you.

Family suite was awesome. Mom really enjoyed relaxing the bathtub. My (usually) fussy dad took his time to taste all menus during breakfast. He didn't complain even once. Check-in process was a bit slow, but thay's okay, because the staffs were very helpful. They did everything to make us feel at home. Keep up the good work!

Always go with this hotel because of the room optional, facilities and the resto. Chose family room if travel with kids, love the bfast buffet eventhough was a bit hectic during holidays. Pool is so calm and greeny. Perfect for short getaways with kids

This was my 3rd time staying at Swiss-belhotel Pondok Indah and it is the room I am looking for. Big, clean and not noisy. I ask the hotel what is the room which not have pool view. And they gave me Superior Deluxe Double. And it's true. The room is big and the best is I can smoke in the room. I will stay at this room type next time I visit Jakarta. For food, it is the best. The pool is large enough for swimming.

Room is quite spacious tidy and smells nice. Love it. Staff are ok. I dont get to try their food because there are so many good places to eat nearby. The pool is not as good as it looks in the picture though.
