Good Hotel with very professional Staff”
Staff do take care of guests. very personally. They always listen carefully. Couple of things needs to be Improved. Furniture, bed linen must be changed and night shift bell boy (arabic speaking guy) must either be replaced or should go for proper training. He never help guest while checking out. Big Thank You to Armando, Elby for upgrading my Room Type and providing me with Fruit Basket. God Willing i will visit again .

Good Hotel surrounded by many Restaurants”
Everything was perfect. Internet wifi connection this time was so pathetic, needs to improve the same all along with furniture, bed linen. TV Channels needs to be upgraded, quality is very poor.

Gloomy and Dusty”
The exterior , the lobby and reception area dusty like that they do not have housekeeping. First impression created at the beginning when I entered the hotel, I asked about the the swimming pool they told me it is under maintenance and probably ready in few days, SPA is closed , the gym open only up-to 09:00 PM and I wondered why since no trainer available at the facility. The door card reader handed to me dose not work I asked them to program it. Most of the Cable TV pictures are not clear and has and have only around 20 channels. I expected they offer an open buffet breakfast and my rate included breakfast for 2 person and the receptionist surprised me by saying it is just continental and will be served either at the room or at the restaurant justifying his claim by Corona and the social distances and I wondered what is the relation between social distances since it is served at the restaurant!!! The AC work warmly only I asked for fixing and waited one hour at the room no maintenance showed up, I went face to face to the receptionist telling her nobody showed up to fix the AC, she promised to send technician to solve the problem while I was stepping out I gave here permission to enter the room while I am not in. The AC was working since I checked in at 03:00 PM till 11:00 PM and the temperature still 25 C, When I returned at 11:15 PM I noticed the room is hot as it is so I decided to check out from this terrible hotel prefer not stay overnight, I wasted my money for nothing that is why I do not recommend this hotel for anybody.

This was our first time to Bahrain and we loved every minute of it. The hotel was just what we needed; Amazing hotel with superb staff friendly and helpful.I greatly appreciate the warm hospitality from all the staff in the hotel. Rooms were lovely and clean feels modern and especially lunch at Akbar restaurant was delicious with music thank you every much. Excellent location. Parking available all time Would recommend and stay again if in Bahrain.

The stay was fine. In breakfast there was only omlat and mix fruit bowl. The bed sheets were not clean that i only noticed before my departure from my hotel room and I complained at reception about it as well. Location is right in the city so one can hang around with family and can do some window shopping as well.

Good Hotel with very Attentive Staff”
The Hotel is very good, staff are very caring especially Alfredo and Elwi both Kabayans are very well mannered and have full knowledge of Hospitality. Thanks to both. Internet was a bit slow. Facilities needs to be improved (quality of bed, mattress etc). Overall I would recommend this hotel to visitors to Bahrain.

The Staff behavior is very excellent, especially Armando - big thanks for the surprise of 'fruit basket'. Bed Linen, Quilt needs to be changed as we are in winter season and it was not enough to protect from cold. Internet was pathetic this time, despite of complaining the issue was remain un-changed. Location was in the heart of a busy neighborhood, lots of convenience Stores nearby, accessible to bus, friendly staff, breakfast buffet was good, and cleaning staff were prompt. Only disadvantage was the noise coming from the traffic outside and the band playing; if you were sensitive to loud sound wouldn’t give you sleep. Overall I would recommend to a friend and would come back myself.

The hotel location at the center of the city, very crowded and noisy ...the hotel parking is usually occupied by strangers outside the hotel specially at night.... Usually you will park your car away from the hotel and walk for long time... About the cleanliness , it's not that much clean... Actually the hotel is very old and the furniture is Cratered ... The hotel gallery in agoda is completely different than the true.... Finally the staff in the hotel reception are unhelpful , very lazy and miserable....for me it was a bad experience , I don't advise any to stay in such hotel because you lose your money
