Good hotel in general ”
Hotel is very clean with very spacious rooms but bed wasn’t that comfortable there were tow single matters in king bed frame also Took a room with bathtub but got one with a shower only and Staff are very kind and professional except one day a young staff at the restaurant wasn’t that professional and was following us while we take food from the buffet which was annoying.

Great stay”
Good stay and amazing view. The water from the shower wasn’t heating up on the second day and the bathroom in general is a bit “unfinished” it’s very clean though. Breakfast is not the best but definitely good.

Struggling to get forgotten items back”
I stayed at the hotel for a week, and upon getting to the airport, realized I had forgotten my Kindle on the bedside table. Usually, when this happens, you call the hotel, they find your item and send it to you. Not ideal for anyone, but quite simple. I have now called easily 10 times, got through 4 times, had the phone put down on me once and had the front of house tell me 3 times that they'd search and give me a call back. Not a single call back. I have also sent 2 emails that have received no response.

Staff are alright but the place is good”
Been there couple of times; Never had a smooth check in, however, the place worth staying in. -Check in takes time and always will there be issue “be prepared for that!” -parking will be an issue. -there is always dust !

Weak staff and not helpful ”
I was travelling for business and i have 2 of work colleagues in my room to discuss some issue the receiption staff called Abdulrahman told me that you can’t work at your room and said they will not stay only 1-2 hours he refused and embarrassed me i had to make in other place I didn’t use the room at all

ما انصح بالفندق ابداً لا من ناحية التعامل مع النزيل ولا من ناحية النظافة ولافطار اقل من عادي مافي بوفيه مفتوح
