"I spent two nights here and it was an amazing experience. I wanted something special and we certainly got it. Firstly the people who run Fukeikan offer exceptional service. They looked after us as if we were family. Organised everything necessary for our incredible visit to the Snow Monkeys. The hotel was surrounded by the most beautiful nature and the experience of walking in the snow 150 steps to bath nude in the Onsen was something I’ll be talking about for years. The dinners we had were probably the best Japanese food Ive ever eaten. I definitely want to return. My 25yr old Son loved it too. The 4 stars for cleaning was only because this hotel isn’t brand new. In fact its just celebrated its 250yr Birthday. "
