Everything’s perfect especially for a solo traveler and/or those doing shoestring budget travel. I only wish they have laundry machines. Other than that, everything’s A-ok: beds, showers, toilet, location, rates, staff, cafe/bar.

Our stay at Ten to Ten had been amazing! The hostel was close to the train station which made it easy for us to go around. The rooms were comfortable and all basic amenities were provided. But what makes this hostel stand out is the surperb service! Special thanks to Seina for the warm welcome.

Great service, really good location, spacious and clean rooms. For the quality of this hostel, the price is really affordable. We stayed here for 3 nights with an infant and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff are well trained and very hospitable, we’ll stay here again for sure.

Very clean facilities and nice welcome drink served by friendly staff, in a bar with nice vibes. We booked a room with a private bathroom but it was slightly small to be shared with 6 people. Some of us used the shared bathroom and it was clean and spacious.

Excellent hostel with good facilities ”
Would definitely recommend the place. Super friendly staff and sleeping areas. The cafe on the first floor is really comfortable with big screen TV and food available. Sadly one of their specialties is curry, so it does have the smell of spices all the time.

Lovely Stay”
The hostel is located 500m away from Sapporo Station, we enjoyed our stay and loved walking in the snowy road. We will definitely stay here again. Hopefully on our next stay they have a lift already.

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly (and their beer selection is pretty decent) but the room we were staying in stunk of sulfur and the bathroom (not the communal but the one in our room) was a little outdated

One of worst place to stay near Sapporo station.”
I have tried many place in Sapporo to find a good place for future visit and review on blog. I would say HERE IS THE WORST OPTION. Belows are why. Difficult to contact. And whatever request or questions you asked, you will got ignored (like asking for lower bed if possible or luggage storage). It's ok to be denied but not ignored in my opinion. Staffs available few time but many doesn't seem to know what to do. The place seems near station but it is not so much closed to the station compared to other place on the south of station where transportation is much more convenient. There are zigzag ways and places under construction, which cost about 10 or 15 mins to reach the station. Road here are very bad for suitcase. Especially road near the place, it's a resident area Place inside this hostel is not so clean but may be understandable since you can wear shoe to any place in the building. Just bed and toilet. About 3 or r shower room. 1 Toilet with electric seat, 1 Male Urinal. Not so clean. You cannot store luggage, although they have a lot of space, it's not for no-longer guest. And you will get trouble if you plan to leave luggage on checkout day because lockers in stations are usually filly occupied. Your trip can be ruined if you stay here. I missed one last place I want to go in Sapporo because I have to quickly moveout in a heavy rainy day and cannot find locker near station. There are also good points, actually a couple good points, but I don't think I need to mention because it is strongly not recommended in overall anyway.

I reserve double non smoking room. This room at first floor. Inside the room have air condition, heater, electronic fan, shampoo, liquid soap and refrigerator. It's convenient. Staff is very friendly. Thank you for helping me. The hotel near Sapporo station and Sapporo government. I try to traveling alone in Sapporo. You can walking from hotel to travel place in Sapporo such as Sapporo government, Hokkaido university botany, Ordori park, Sapporo clock tower and Tanukikoji shopping. And I recommend you should go to Sapporo TV tower. You can see view in Sapporo city.It's so beautiful. If l will go to Sapporo, I will reserve room at ten to ten again.

I stayed in Ten to Ten Sapporo Station with my sister for 4 nights. We had a great stay, quite near to Sapporo stn, but had a hard time to find the place at first. The room that we've got has a stinky toilet, but staff are very accommodating and replace our room immediately. Great place to stay in Sapporo, they have free drink and food discount coupons. (it's a shame that we forgot to claim them though 😑)

Very near Sapporo JR station...When you go out fron sapporo JR station you have follow to Hokkaido University area on north exit and when you reach the exit just turn left and go stairght until you will saw a tuition center and ten to ten hostel will in a small road inside...Very easy to found it!! I love the room and the sightseeing is attractive for me!! Definitely will be back!!
