Twin - Basement”
So clean and comfortable. This is the second time I stay here. The staff and receiptionist are so friendly. Though, the room is in a basement, the view from window is so cute and can see outside as normal view. There are many places to take wonderful pictures. This's the best choice to go with family and children. You can see forest and lake, so romantic and quiet. Next time, I'll try to book villa for my family.

Great location for retreats”
at once I was doubt about the location. I thought I could lend some peaceful moment yet a bit monotonous as the location is at the outskirt. But I was wrong, it wasn’t tedious at all. Coming here you’ve got all-in-one destination. The resort brought me the feeling of being surrounded by the pine wood, of course, AND a somewhat sea vibe with the turquoise water lake and a sandy sunbath area in the middle of the wood Highly recommend for those who expect to have a great holiday with minimal movement

I have returned to this place more than 3 times. The price on Agoda is reasonable. Especially during the Dalat Flower Festival, there is no additional surcharge. The room manager is very courteous and willing to accommodate changes in the guest's booking within their ability. Convenient location, in the Tuyen Lam Lake area and not too far from the city center. Clean, modern room. Beautiful and sparkling scenery. The hotel has a swimming pool, with warm water at 29 degrees. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Rich and delicious breakfast. However, the room does not have a heater. I will come back to this place for future vacations.

Surrounded by a beautiful lake, this place is lovely. The staffs are friendly too. The room is clean. The buggy service is efficient. Easy to rent bike from hotel. Easy to book activities from the hotel too. In house facilities provided but didn’t have the time to use it. Nevertheless, recommended to stay here! Thank you!

I booked at a price of 1089k/night (probably with a discount). Advantages: - Not too far from the city center, round trip taxi cost around 200k - Spacious hotel grounds, lots of trees, fresh air - Beautiful view, right by Tuyen Lam Lake, great for watching the sunset - Many amenities, the interior of the hotel is also luxurious and beautiful Disadvantages: - The pillows are too high, so I couldn't sleep comfortably, even though the mattress was soft - The breakfast options are not diverse and the soup is too salty, even though I like salty food. There are many onions in the pre-made dishes, so I couldn't eat them. - The menu for lunch and dinner is also very limited, needs to be increased.

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay. Thank you Terracotta staffs for the hospitality. Beautiful resort grounds. It would have been more than perfect if the restaurant food selecton can be broader. A wider cafe menu would be a great addition as well. But however, we will no doubt come back for another stay :)

Know this resort from time but this my first stayed here. Amazing place with very big garden surround, can jogging or biking. Lovely movement to seat and look over at Tuyen Lam Lake just right in front of your villa. Everywhere clean and tidy. Definitely come back

Good place in Dalat”
A place worth staying when coming to Dalat. Located outside of Dalat city center (about 20 minutes by car), but gives me a feeling of peace and comfort. The space is very beautiful with pine trees and Tuyen Lam lake.
