What a gem of a place!”
I had just gotten to ThaiMex Cafe after a rather bad experience staying in Hua Hin. I was a bit stressed from travel problems, but from the moment I walked in their gate I felt calm and at peace. Ying and her partner really go out of their way to make you feel like you are at home at their place. it's also decorated in a very chill way - it feels like you are staying in a cool beach lounge :) I highly recommend this place - if you like unique cozy places with very friendly staff then this is the place for you !

Cozy place with home feeling”
The room was clean and cozy. Bathroom to share but the owner clean it often and as there are 3 rooms, never has to wait. Location is great naer the beach and few minutes walk from the wekk end market. You can ask anything to the host and will always assist with a big smile. Had breakfast and products are fresh and delicious smoothies.

The homestay was immaculate, the bedroom lovely, the design and chill out area perfect. The owner Ying is so friendly and kind and makes a fantastic breakfast. You're right near the seafront and you can hire a motorbike to get around to the beaches etc. It's a wonderful base and Ying also makes loads of amazing products from shampoo to rose oil which she sells for incredible prices. I can't recommend it enough 🥳

The homestay is cute (complete with friendly kitten), the town is sleepy and beautiful, and the hosts offer help and advice on everything - places to eat, renting motorbikes, laundry, things to do in town and travel all over Asia. We loved our stay and extended it to stay longer. Thank you ThaiMex!

Ying and Ray made us feel very welcome in their home. The location is excellent for Ao Manao and the Hotel/Homestay is excellent value for money for what you pay. Ying is a fabulous cook, and the recommendations for food are a must in the town, they know their stuff. Myself and my partner loved our stay and would happily stay again if visiting the area.

I stayed here for just over two weeks, and the experience was amazing. The property is in a great location with a 30-second walk to the beach and a 5-10 minute walk to great food and markets. The owners are a lovely couple that are ultra accommodating and have excellent local knowledge. They both speak English well, so if you are looking for something, like good local food, markets or where to go sightseeing, there is a good chance they can point you in the right direction. There are also scooters and pushbikes available for hire. The building is an older style timber building with thin walls, so you have to be a bit concious of noise, but the room i was in was a good size with a king matress, air conditioner and kept very clean. There are two shared bathrooms downstairs that were funtional and cleaned constantly. All in all I would recommend staying here, It was a great experience and i will be coming back. Thank you.

I loved my stay in Prachuap Khiri Khan. I rented a bike from Ying which I used for the entire day exploring the lovely town and admiring the stunning sights and sounds. The room I had was clean, well-decorated, and spacious. I also loved that they had free homemade shampoo and body wash.

Guesthouse en una casa típica tailandesa decorada con muchísimo gusto. Limpieza máxima. Alquilé una bici allí muy bien de precio. Las zonas comunes son muy frescas y agradables. El personal super amable, me han dado muy buenos consejos para los días que pasé en Prachuap Khiri Khan (3 noches) y para el resto de mi viaje. La habitación y servicios perfecto, a 50 metros del paseo marítimo. Muy tranquilo. Es sin duda un sitio con encanto!

Idéal pour une nuit à condition de ne pas être sensible au bruit Les cloisons sont hyper fines et salle de bain commune Accueil tres agréable et sympathique mais prix un peu trop élevé (ceci est du aux commissions prélevées par les sites d’hébergement) En réservant directement cela devrait être dans les 400 baths J’ai trouvé l’endroit sympa et moins impersonnel que les hôtels habituels mais le prix reste élevé par rapport Aux prestations Cela permet de faire travailler les petites guest house et c’est le côté positif Ne regrette absolument pas mon choix cela m’a permis un séjour court mais agréable
