Great hotel, great staff, great bed and more”
My humans and I chose this hotel as we were in Jakarta for 2 nights prior to flying to Bali. The hotel is very close to airport, about 10 mins. They offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop off. The staff are welcoming, kind and. always smiling. The room is just as pictured, clean and comfortable. The bed is huge and amazing, we got a standard room with king bed. Breakfast was delicious but unfortunately a majorly of their selections were quite cold. Overall, great stay and would recommend

Great service, transport to airport”
We had a one-day wait and needed a convenient hotel between our flight from Bali and our flight out of Jakarta, and this hotel was great. In daytime traffic, it was about a 30 minute drive from Soekarno-Hatta airport to the hotel (so it's definitely not walkable), but to my understanding, it's the closest that a hotel can be to the airport. The drive was only 10 minutes in the early morning, and the hotel has a free shuttle every hour going to the airport, which left on time and was perfect. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Everything in our room worked perfectly. We didn't have a chance to try the food, but I'm sure I will next time. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for one night as we waited for our late flight flight schedule. I am glad that I chose the 101 hotel and we will come back without amy doubt! The airport pick up/drop service was done smoothly without any delay and the hotel staffs were super friendly and polite. They are well trained to make sure the guests are all welcomed and felt cared. Five stars for all staffs in the conceirge, front desk, and restaurant. There were great variety of food in the breakfast buffet and the manager made our day with his great service and care! The staffs are the great strength in this place. The room is sparkling clean and I loved the small coffee corner in the room! Very smart. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel and I highly recommend this place if you have to stayover at the airport!.

We bunked in here to catch a flight the next day and it was no regret at all. I especially love the superb friendliness of all the staff and of course the airport transfer service provided. The only drawback is the breakfast did not really come to my expectation. There were cereals yet no fresh milk provided. It’d be nice if they could improve it. Overall it was a good stay. And would consider staying there again if I ever need to fly from CGK.

Best value for money accommodation with free airport pickup and drop-off!”
First of all, the biggest advantage is that airport pickup/drop-off is available for free. Even if the distance from the airport is close, there is a premium charge of about 100,000 rupiah for a taxi (toll fees, parking fees, etc.), but if you book a pickup bus, you can save both time and money. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels, and the staff are very, very friendly. The facilities include a swimming pool, cafe, breakfast restaurant, spa, fitness center, etc. It's simple but has everything. I know that the rooftop is currently not in operation. The food, except for breakfast, was all ordered as room service, and there are many local restaurants and brands like Starbucks and KFC. The breakfast is different every day and includes rice, dishes, desserts, fruits, pastries, cereals, grilled food, etc. The manager sometimes shares a pleasant greeting during breakfast time. The staff always provide the best service with a smile. It was a short stay, but it was a pleasant stay. I plan to stay here again when I leave Jakarta.

New Hotel with great service!”
I stayed for 1 night at the hotel. Booked from one of the OTA for Deluxe City View but they gave me room with Terrace which is great! The hotel have free airport shuttle and you can reach the hotel before arrival for pick up. Also tell the receptionist if you need a shuttle to airport as well, they will arrange it. The hotel is brand new built, the driver, Arief, he told me it’s just open last December 2021. It’s located in Cengkareng Business Centre, not much for the view. There are 2 different convenient stores near the hotel. I love the smell of the lobby, smells really good. The receptionist, Asiel, were friendly, nice and welcome. Check-in process was fast and smooth. All staffs I met along the way to the lift were smiling and friendly. Room is spacious, clean, love the terrace. It has zen vibe with benches from wood and it has a huge plant pot in the middle. Unfortunately the plants were not watered enough. It was dry. I booked the room with breakfast. The restaurant opened from 6 - 10 am. It’s located right behind the receptionist and in front of the swimming pool. I didn’t really enjoy the food. The porridge was too salty. The sausage and beef bacon were cold. Spaghetti aglio olio just okay. Papaya too ripe. I took something written “Pudding” from the fridge, but when I tried it was oatmeal in chocolate milk with chia seed. i guess. I hope they can improve the breakfast quality. Overall I love staying at this hotel. It was comfortable, staffs very nice & friendly. Thumbs up for Arief, the driver for being super friendly! He helped me to bring my luggage to the room and take me to the airport the next day.

First time having an staying here for an overnight transit and I was pleasantly surprised. Booked a room with airport transfer service and the transfers from and to the airport were handled efficiently. I had to call the receptionist to arrange the airport pick-up, but it didn't take long for the shuttle to come and pick me up. The room was nice, bed was comfy, internet was fast, and the "rainfall" shower in the bathroom was refreshing. Their in-house cafe also had good options of pastries and beverages. Definitely going to consider this hotel again if my flight plan requires an overnight stay in Jakarta.

Very good experience: shuttle worked great for us both ways, staff was super friendly and helpful, room clean, spacious and functional, very comfortable beds and great breakfast. The coffee was some of the best we have ever tasted and we enjoyed the roof top terrace in the evening

What can one say when you find a hotel where everything just clicks? The hotel is new, spotless. The rooms are spacious, very well appointed with rain showers in the bathrooms and an area to sit and work or have coffee. The restaurant food and value is exceptional. However, its the staff where the 101 is in a class of its own. The Manager and Personnel people have done a top job to recruit the best. Truly engaging and committed to ensuring you have the perfect stay. The staff rate 6 stars !!! Really, don't hesitate if you need a hotel close to the airport or even if you want to spend time in Jakarta, although the travel time to the city may be a bit of a grind, the hotel would make up for it. 100% recommended. I highly recommend this hotel! Close to the airport, our booking included 2-way shuttle. Driver was waiting when we arrived. We had a little trouble finding each other (Jakarta airport has poor signage - there was no way to know where the "pick-up zone" was) but the driver found us as we communicated on WhatsApp (free airport WiFi) Hotel is new and staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet was extensive Indonesian/Western. Rooms are large with many amenities, even hand towels and wash cloths . Fridge in room (no freezer, but we were able to keep some frozen items in kitchen freezer). Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Hotel restaurants looked good, but pricey. Alfamart about 250 m walk. Only thing I would change is there is carpet in the room, which I feel is not very hygienic and holds smells, such as smoke. But not a deal breaker. It is an excellent hotel and I would definitely return.

One Night at the 101”
Stayed here for a night for my flight the next day. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. The mattress is King Koil Hotel Elegant edition. Check in and out were fast, the room was very clean and I loved the cold AC. The free pick up and drop off to the airport was easy. Mr. Arif picked me up at 11 pm and was very professional. There are only 2 minor cons. 1) the lobby area has no ac and was very hot while waiting for the airport shuttle and 2) I received a called at 11:45am and then another call at 11:46am to remind me that check out was at 12noon. I thought that was quite annoying.

This is probably the best hotel in the airport area, with a great value and top facilities. I love the fact that the hotel has shuttle to and from the airport, every single hour for 24 hours. They have rooftop bar, a pool and restaurant, and also huge parking lot. But what’s the most important is that the room has a great quality of bed, sheets, pillow and furniture.
