Really enjoyed my stay here, if i ever go back to hua hin i would book here again. Good aircon, clean room, great location next to the beach and the restaurant of the hotel is amazing.

Our stay was perfect in this order of 5 stars: Friendly: So kind and patient. Delicious free breakfast every day! Very inexpensive! Great a/c and a super fan...comfortable! Beach with horses, jet skis, all 2 min away. Security was abundant! Excellent Bed, Sofa, wifi, Frig, Desk for laptop.

Third time at the Beach Cha Am Guest House. Great location and staff very friendly. Management was very flexible in allowing us to change our dates twice due to covid restrictions. Room is clean and breakfast always nice.

Kind Staff, Good Room, Great Location by the Sea & Bars”
I just stayed here out of convenience, because I was attending a birthday party next door. They were kind enough to let me check out a bit late and swim in the sea. It's a sweet location, and the balcony is a nice touch.

Near the beach and 7-11 and other facilities. No problems with staff or other. Breakfast satisfactory. Free admission to swimming pool in sister hotel opposite side of the street. Would consider coming back

Situated in soi opposite beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Decent breakfast, comfortable rooms. Only downside is they will make you wait until 2pm to check in so dont arrive too early!

The only thing is the location itself is in the residential area where they turned them to be local thai style pub and bar if your room is next to the street u might hear some music. Not recommended for family with kids

The room is not similar to the pictures. The bed is old, not good quality, the bedsheet also old and look dirty. But give 5 stars to the locations. The front staffs are nice. But staffs at the restaurant quite rude, the portion of breakfast is super super tiny, also don’t have much choice for vegan. Other facilities are lovely.
