We had a wonderful 4 nights stay. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We arrived early and they allow us to check in early because there were rooms available at that time. The rooms were clean with clean towels and slippers. They provided 2 bottles of water each day. The breakfast was very good and variety. There are free coffees, tea, beer and soft dink. At 9 pm. of every day, they gave out free ramen noodle for guests which was very nice. The hotel is locked not far from Shinsaibashi Metro station and Lawson minimart is next door which is very convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Osaka. Thank you.

Very Good Location and Staf”
First the Hotel is situated at a very good location where it is accessible via trains and very close to dotonbori. and i had a situation where my yen was accidentally teared and the staff was very very kind to take out my stress and replaced it to a new one, their facilities are also ok and had an incredible stay with unlimited ramen, beer and highball! best experience with them! highly recommend! will come back to this place again everytime ill be in osaka! kudos

I hate to reveal this hotel, because I might not be able to get rooms available the next time I visit 😅😅.... There is nothing to dislike about this hotel, and everything to love. I do wonder how this hotel make money with so many perks and so much value, at such low price; in the middle of Namba Pls continue your great effort. For it's price point, it's probably among the top in terms of what the hotel offers. From items that can be borrowed such as an iron, facial steamer or chargers, then they offer free drinks throughout the day and alcoholic beverages for a certain time period. In the evening they also offer free ramen if you get hungry, it is just a basic ramen but it does the job if you're just looking for a bite. The location is near Dotonbori and also near the train station/lines. The location seems to be geared towards the younger crowd as that will be what you see in the area, especially at night and seemed a bit rougher compared to other areas we've stayed. Overall it was a good stay, with friendly staff that spoke English as well.

The hotel has a great location near the subway and walking distance to shopping centers. It has free snacks and coffee plus ramen for late night snack. Service was wonderful left my medicines in Tokyo they help me call the hotel and ship it to me. Thanks

The location is so great, near to metro stations, 心齋橋&四橋, and it’s closed to 御津公園. You stay here - you can walk everywhere in core of osaka easily. The only minor issue is the room we had (3ppl) is a bit small. We had big luggage that were unable to open fully…other than that, the hotel provides you a lot of service(free wifi, charger, free beverage and ramen ). Overall, a fair choice.

Value for money , location was good is just near Shinsaibashi Subway station, nearby a lots of foods. Hotel provide free ice cream , free ramen and drink bar for 24 Hour . Will definitely come back again

Though the rooms were smaller than a conventional hotel, it is to be expected in Osaka. I extremely appreciate that they offer free rental of a portable wifi device, which allows for a full day of exploration without having to pay for data roaming from my carrier service. The breakfast timings might be a little on the earlier side though, as I found myself waking up earlier than usual to catch the timings. It’s location is also extremely convenient, as it is located within walking distance from Shinsaibashi station, where an elevator brings us to to and from ground level so that our luggage need not be carried up the stairs
