Dream visit”

This facility did an amazing job of customer service. They were so helpful to me in planning activities, making reservations, and providing answers to any and all questions about Queenstown. What a wonderful city to visit and this hotel is in a perfect location to walk to everything in town. I felt well cared for from the time I made the reservation until the day I left. They bent over backwards to make us happy. The homemade breakfast was delicious each morning and the room was well appointed. I loved that we were greeted with wine in front of the fireplace. LOVED The Diary and would recommend it highly to anyone heading to Queenstown.

Thumbs up 👍🏻 ”

We’ve enjoyed a lovely week staying in this gorgeous hotel. Location is fantastic, the rooms were just so beautifully presented, the breakfast had great variety and was delicious. We were welcomed warmly by Steve, and given a great introduction to Queenstown, the surrounding walking tracks, fabulous restaurants and he happily booked all our adventures for us. We’ve had the most wonderful stress free, happy and fun stay. Thanks to all the great staff. They also kindly looked after our two suitcases when we headed out to walk The Milford Track. We will be back!

Fantastic hotel, amazing host, gorgeous food”

Hosts, food, hotel design

I highly recommend this hotel to couples or singles visiting Queenstown. The hotel is located in the quieter area of Queenstown yet just a few minutes walk to the centre. The guests are fabulously attentive and very knowledgable. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. The breakfasts and home made afternoon tea simply divine.
