The hotel is situated about 8 mins walk from Kyoto Station Hachijo exit. The room is spacious and very clean. Bed and duvet are very comfortable. I would like to personally thank the hotel reception staff who have been very helpful and friendly, making my stay really enjoyable. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Cheap price for our luxurious stay, very spacious. Near at Kyoto station and to the big souvenier shop if your looking for great deal giveaways 😉. Nice staff they speak english well. All rooms are non smoking. Bonus you can also try the coco curry store next to it. Over all Great Deal!

Right opposite Kyoto station. You can see the hotel as you exit. Makes getting around Kyoto easy and there are plenty of stores and restaurants of varying styles in close proximity. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is lovely, clean and spacious for the affordable price.

Very helpful and attentive service”
The location is around a 4-min walk from the JR station and is easy to find. Front staff are cheerful, helpful and good in English, especially for the girl who helped us with checkin and checkout on 22 and 23 October 2022, and the general manager 小坂 who helped us with the bus reservation. He is patient with our request, and is very attentive to leave us a map for the bus station of our next destination at Kanagawa. We were holding a JR pass that only allowed us to reserve the bus by calling the local hotline which is difficult for us tourists who don't speak Japanese.

A pleasant stay!”
I stayed in two hotels from this group, Hotel M, and both are great stay. The location is great, very close to Kyoto station. Staff are polite and all very nice. The room is very clean ,well heated, and the bathroom is quite spacious compared to all other hotel bathrooms in Japan. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely choose this hotel group again if I come back.

Love everything about this hotel. It’s stylish, very clean, not far from train stations. The room is small but it had everything including a massage chair! Highly recommend.

The good points are very clean, close to the station and big windows. The only complaint I have is that the bathtub is small. But the price is so low that it is acceptable. I repeat it many times.

Nice, helpful staff”
Location wasn't too bad if you do your homework before hand. Staff seems to struggle a little with English but still manageable overall. Kyoto was the only hotel I know in japan that requires us to pay for extra charges enough is their tax which I find it so odd as it should then be included. Area turned pretty dead quiet after 8pm gradually. What I also love is the nice little sample sachet like of DHC PRODUCTS to sample. I end up buying a bottle from the make up store. We rented a bicycle nearby short 2 mins walk and was so convenient. Was great.

Staff were very friendly and allowed us to check-in earlier as our room was already ready. Room was spacious and clean. A great surprise was the handy phone provided in the room, it helped us to get around fairly easily. Would highly recommend!
