Hipster type place where the decoration is dark and outdated. Rooms are small, Clean and have comfortable beds. Staff have attitude and are not customer service focused

Very Disappointed ”
Strict minimum service, no big mirror in the room, poor cleaning service room, not enough hanger, forgot to clean the glass , no desk to put our luggages , in the room, the hotel charge us for the sauna .its not the standard you can expected for a city like Hamburg

The George Hotel Hamburg”
My stay at the George Hotel was very enjoyable. The friendly staff were always helpful. The bar is very well presented and often provided a lively atmosphere in the evenings without being overbearing, the bar staff were always friendly and willing to offer drinks recommendations (they have an extensive array of spirits - I found a new favourite gin -Tanqueray Bloomsbury). The room was very comfortable and the 6th floor spa area relaxing and peaceful. Unlike some others reviews I have seen I had no problem with the wifi at the hotel - it worked well. The location of the hotel is also good - 15 min walk from Hamburg Hbf along a relatively quiet street littered with bars, cafes and shops. I stayed at the George Hotel for 1 week (Friday to Friday) and if I go back to Hamburg then I will stay there again.

That hotel is near the Alster, is nicely designed, cozy rooms. The bar has nice design as well, service is quite good, friendly personnel. Nothing to complain about.

Nice city hotel with the typical state of the art "design-style". Rate was really good for this place, nice bar and located close to some really nice restaurants and bars for evening entertainment. Would come back again.

Unzumutbare Coronabelehrungen seitens eines jungen Receptionisten mit anschliessende Bedrohung durch die Security. Habe meine weitere Buchungen storniert, und werde dieses Haus nie wieder buchen.

Tolles modernes Hotel”
Wir hatten nur ein einfaches Doppelzimmer, was relativ klein war. Aber für einen Kurztrip war es völlig okay. Die Betten sind super, die Mini-Bar reich gefüllt und die Bar unten im Hotel bot tolle Musik und schönes Ambiente!
