A must stay Hotel! ”

From the moment we arrived at The Hotel Kiyomizu Gion to the day we left, everything was perfect. We spent 6 days in Kyoto and at every moment the team at The Hotel Kiyomizu were incredible, assisting us with many requests and providing the most outstanding and floorless service. The hotel has recently opened so everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also provided - we opted for Japanese style which was delicious. The hotel is in a great location in Gion so easy access to many attractions. I would highly recommend The Hotel Kiyomizu Gion if you are planning a trip to Kyoto. Thank you The Hotel Kiyomizu 🌸🌸

Perfect”

Great location in Gion. Booked a double room but upon arrival was surprised with a free upgrade to their suite. Very clean, bedroom and bathroom were huge by usual Japanese standards. Extremely friendly staff at reception. Just wish I could've stayed a bit longer

Small room like mainly in Japan but everything perfectly setted up. Nice and comfortable bed, nice staff and great location. If ever we decide to come back to Kyoto we will reserve our room here again.

Great little hotel”

The room was excellent. The Japanese breakfast was beautifully prepared, brought to our room and filling. Enjoyed the private bath/onsen. Also the happy hour was nice touch. Quiet street yet right in the Gion district. Would recommend.

A Gem in Kyoto”

The staff was super nice and accommodating to all of our needs. The night crew in particular made us feel very welcomed and at home from the start. Both the traditional Japanese and the western options for breakfast were fantastic. All in all this hotel was definitely worth the price, and made our trip comfortable P.s. they have free sake tasting from 20:00-23:00 which was a nice added bonus

Lovely stay!”

Impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The room is rather small for couples or twin sharing. Avoid carrying big luggage to this hotel. Overall good location in Gion district! Only issue is to shuttle between Kyoto Station and hotel via bus.

Kyoto style Hotel”

Our room was located on the first floor and it was pretty big. There is a small garden at the back of the room and you can see it through the window. The bathroom was super huge and well-designed. Everything was good, but if you have big suitcases and come there by subway or bus, you need to walk a while before arriving at the hotel.

服务好，地点好，下次还会住”

工作人员态度温和友好，服务专业，有质量；西式早餐特别好吃，大叔很帅气，做很好吃的早餐和muffin;地点闹中取静，出门的街道有传统京都的气氛，又很方便的感受当地人的生活，附近的日本人开的Japanese pancake的餐厅很好吃，价钱也不贵，营业到夜里12点，我们经常在夜里饿的时候去吃，很方便；酒店距离鸭川河很近，晚上可以散步，距离祉园，清水寺，八坂神社都很近，步行距离，谢谢！

很不错的酒店”

位置非常优越，门不大但是很容易识别，去游玩都不用坐车的，酒店房间很小但是非常整洁，早餐是送到房间的，虽然不是非常精致但是也很可口，服务员会简单的英语，交流没问题，态度非常赞！比较经济实惠性价比高的一家酒店
