Amazing stay at a beautiful hotel!”
Shirvan Hotel in Jeddah is a beautiful well designed hotel with friendly and very helpful staff ..the hotel has all amenities a traveller could need and also check out the niche arabic interior design which is outstanding. All the staff are excellent and very friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The bathrooms include high quality products such as L'occitane and the mini bar with soft drinks is free on the first night. The hotel has its own dedicated coffee and cake shop called Azha cafe who have the most delicious cakes! Breakfast is served at Baker and Spice which has an extensive menu and where you can also have room service delivered, the menu includes both Arabic and Western food choices. The area outside the hotel also has a number of other food outlets such as Japanese, French Bakery and high end coffee shops to choose from. Shirvan Hotel includes a well equipped gym and swimming pool with great views over the city, it also has nice bespoke seating areas.

This is a design masterpiece. I have never seen a hotel room as organized and well put together. Only issue (not their fault) is the plaza right beneath. It is full of teenagers

Its really clean and the reception makes sure that all your request is being handled. Just one situation disappointed me. When we were sleeping the housekeeping Literally opened our door. It shocked us and i asked him why would he do that and he said hes going to clean, i said i ddnt ask for a cleaner and its like 5pm in the afternoon. He keeps on saying he pressed the bell no one is answering. Well ofcourse because were sleeping. Thats scary. So after the incident we put a glass bottle in the handle so if someone comes when were asleep We will know.

Location is great and the facilities are good too. The staff at the reception were not the friendliest nor the most welcoming. The rooms are good but the AC did not work as desired. If changes were made to the place I would definitely revisit, but as it is right now I wouldn’t.

Good location with a lot of coffee shop, restaurant, bakeries around the hôtel. Amazing breakfast. This is our 4th stay and we will come back again in sha Allah. Waiting for a loyalty card and discount ... lol Highly recommended
