We had a great stay here! Staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was of a good size too. The kitchen was abit run down but it was okay since we were not cooking. Would definitely recommend this place and come back here.

Had a good time but sometimes the Villa smells even after the room cleaning service, and clean towels smells like sweat when replaced, No cable on the other room we ask the front desk they sent the maintenance but cant fix as it is the cable company. No welcome drink, No free shuttle service but they published as there is! Overall 8 out of 10

Great location”
This was our first trip to Bali. Airport transfer was seamless and the villa welcome was good. Our villa was spacious and with the ac running, cool. Cleanliness of the bathroom was a little suspect, it clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. It was not a massive issue but more attention to bathroom cleanliness would be appreciated. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Room needs maintenance”
Got the 1b/r villa with pool. It was ok but the room was a bit old and out fashioned. Had to change the room due to no lights at the poolside. The second room was however leaking in the toilet and room. Was unpleasant, but was lazy to change room again. Room service did not change the towels and had to call so many times. Location was great though.

The private pool is great. Clean and well maintained. Great location. Go out for a few hours then back to the pool quick dip and out again. staff friendly and helpful. Scooter hire on site. Competitive price and scooters in good condition. Plenty of things to explore around the location

Post pandemic, what can I say? Maybe they are slowly recovering. The floor was so dirty and dusty, the lights in the villa were mostly out of service, it was so dark to the point I got scared. The indoor pool was cold and abit dirty. The breakfast was so bad except for the nasi goreng. At night, the sliding door was banging cause of the wind. It woke me up. Can you imagine I heard the banging sliding door on the first night ? Haih. The bed was okay but the sheets were covered with softener I could touch. Was a bit dissapointed with the villa but can’t blame them much because they were still in recovering process.

Girls trip”
The location was just a short stroll from Eat Street, down a secure alley route. So location was great. Ac worked well in bedrooms and bathrooms are large, partially open air and thus open to critters. Having our own pool was lovely and the waterfall wall is on a timer. Goes off around 10pm back on at 9am. The cabinets in open air kitchen were falling apart, cleanliness could have been better and the replenishing of amenities. The refrigerator was stocked with water, beer and soda at a very reasonable price but the complementary breakfast was not very good. Go else where for breakfast. The staff, as most Balinese, were lovely.

I stayed at the Jas Villas for 5 nights. I organised a transfer form the airport, my flight was early so I had to wit for the driver. The villa I stayed in was A1. The villa was clean and refreshingly cool. The entrance into the villa was a living area which was a waste as an internal space. The bedroom was large and bright with a king size bed. Double doors opened onto the pool area. Negatives:- * The pool area was compact with the area taken up with two pool lounges. * The room was worn with paint peeling around the printer of the rooms due to damp. * Waterfall feature into the pool not working * safe was locked on my arrival * Courtesy drop off only ran 3 times a day and was not available when wanting to book 5 hours in advance. Positives:- * Location convenient 5 minute walk to the main street of Seminyak * Pool privacy I would recommend this villa due to location but the upkeep of the villa was disappointing.

Needs some attention”
We are a group of 4 work friends who spent a week at Jas Green Villas. The location and price of the accomodation could not be faulted. However, the villa we stayed in (Tanah Lot) needs quite a lot of maintenance one room was unlockable with the keys we were given and the water feature was non-operational. It was a cheap option if you are only using the villa as a base to sleep and swim.
